His Dad 100%. Idk about his Mom though. She was overheard at court, after one of the more recent pre-trial hearings, saying something along the lines of “I don’t care what evidence comes out. She did it and will always be guilty in my eyes”…
Hopefully someday she’ll be able to see through the 2.5 years of lies, manipulation, and brainwashing that she’s been the victim of at the hands of MSP, CPD, & NCDAO. So sad!

The DA opening statement was monotone, not in chronological order and very confusing.
The defence opening was a riveting, chronological story that was easy to follow and contained important facts. I think the jurors will only remember his opening.
May I add this is the tiniest weirdest laid out court room I’ve ever seen to date. 😂

Lally is so out of his depth. We know more about these people’s kids’ sports experience than we do about how KR is supposedly tied to the crime.

I hope you will consider Linda Dunakoski’s closing in the State of Georgia vs Greg and Travis McMichael, the Ahmaud Arbery murder. She’s fantastic…she not only paints a vivid picture of the day’s events, but almost gives the jurors a lesson on how to be a juror.
Other trials umm…oh Chandler Halderson of course. Brilliant opening and closing. Georgia Cappleman in FL vs Charlie Adelson for the murder of Dan Markel.
    Great video, thanks! ❤

Curious what you take will be on blood alcohol. The troopers didn’t get permission take a samples, and actually they never got or tested an actual sample. They only converted it if off of a test preformed at hospital form an involuntary hold. Which town police claimed from second hand info not at scene sounded suicidal. I honestly believe that was on purpose only to get the blood test. Because at time her car wasn’t at the scene, they had no evidence to suspect, to arrest or hold her for dui or any kinda accident.

I am from MA, a couple towns over from Canton, and I appreciate Yianetti knocked this out of the park with his story telling, cadence, body language, everything. But he also actually has the all these facts on his side showing egregious misconduct and mishandling of evidence, a bunch of egregious evidence showing consciousness of guilt, a client who really was framed, a pretty relatively clean client, and the state has no evidence and a bad lawyer. He gets the pleasure of telling it to the world with all its fukery, and he nailed it like he’s supposed to, for the jury, for his client, himself, the public, he nailed it. I’m sure it was much harder than he made it look, to his credit, considering the amount of info he actually had to convey to make it make sense, and nothing more, in stark contrast to Lally’s terrible open, which left everyone scratching their heads, leaving my fave comment out of 5 different takeways I read immediately after put it, “All I really got was that someone ordered a pizza.” Karen’s got an all star defense and she needed a great defense, worth all the many pennies she’s paid them. He has the righteous indignation on his side. People are outraged, as they should be, in no small part because it’s been clearly and concisely conveyed in that chefs kiss 😘 👌🏻 opening, but he’s also not just a good murder defense salesman trying to sell a lemon for a case, so I don’t want to cheapen it down to lawyer trickery is all I’m saying. I’m just a layman though so what do I know.
He likely did watch your video. I do love very much that these guys are smart enough to take the goods.

Larry, Please take a moment to explain to all us “self proclaimed”, couch lawyers, if you can, why the judge would exclude the jurors and remove them from hearing much of the most relevant cross examination of Firefighter McLaughlin’s testimony?? Why would such impeachable testimony be revealed to a State’s witness, who just claimed she didn’t know the home she was responding to and only knew that she went to high school with a girl who shared the same name. Under cross examination, with the jury removed, the defense showed, not only did she know this family, she knew the girl well enough to pose for a picture on a vacation, beach party with Ms. McLaughlin, kneeling down next to her, her arm wrapped around her legs in a rather embarrassing photo!
The jury was not permitted to hear this impeachable testimony or view the several photos of her partying with her, on several occasions!!! This to me is reprehensible!! Now some will say, he was permitted to ask her a few questions about these photos but not until the element of surprise, caught in a lie, was extinguished.
Why Larry, would this judge do this??

I find it hard to believe that it's actually going to trial. UNLESS...this will actually help to totally exonerate her so people won't be bothering her about it later...and that it will bring the honest truth to light. Thanks Larry, as always, you help us make sense of things we cannot grasp.

Ok I still have the same question, if Jenn McCabe left the Albert home AFTER ms reed, how did she NOT see the body on the LAWN?!!!! Nor did anyone else as they were coming and going???

I have known for a very long time, the justice system and cops are corrupt. I'm thankful for people who can point out how corrupt and unbelievably flawed the justice system actually is. I know you're a lawyer, I will forgive you later. This case exudes why you should never trust the Judiciary System love and respect to you you're actually really pretty by the way❤

Everyone who watches how she backed into johns car and hit it while leaving will KNOW for a FACT that she did not hit John. It’s a set up!!!!

  • @rebeccaswift7588

I've been saying this all along, I think a drunk Colin Albert beat up John. I think John fell backwards onto the gym equip in their basement hitting the back of his head. I think Chloe the German Sheppard went into attack mode at that time and that's how John git the bites or deep scratches on his arm. Where did Johns other shoe, belt and hat go?..did they have dog bites on them?..why aren't those items accounted for?..
There is definately a cover up. Many of the witnesses have purgered themselves..Jenn McCabe is the worst liar so far. She claims police reports of what she said in interviews are wrong denying what was said by the investigator..also Jenn denies searching "how long to die in cold" at 2:27 am..she claims the cellbrite report is wrong. She completely denies anything that incriminate her..
Plus this judge is very biased. I don't know how Karen can get a fair trial when this judge sustains about 95% of the prosecutions objections!..the def is being blocked (for lack of a better word) from presenting their case to prove Karen is innocent..can't this judge be held accountable for her bias?..

Thanks for doing this break down, it was so powerful! Free Karen Reed. And put all those others in jail for the police falsifying reports, all those who testified against Karen Reed for false allegations, lying on the oath!! Most of all All those who drove home from the water Fall, and from the Albert's home should be charged with a DWI.. Not Karen Reed!! Just my opinion 🤣

Was it a fight ABOUT ms reed between John and Higgins? She went out with him right? Could that be how it started and the rest joined in or simply covered it up?

I think we can see Mrs O'keefe (Johns mum) has made up her mind already she shakes her head no between 6/7 times, scoffs twice and shrugs/makes a dismissive motion about future plans her & John had. As much as I agree that John deserves justice I don't believe or have seen any evidence to say it was Karen that caused his death.

I don’t think anyone planned to kill him, either. Heck, Karen could’ve hit him or he passed out in the lawn and Chloe the dog escaped and attacked him. Maybe he tried to sneak through the backyard to surprise them and the dog savaged him. From nearly all angles, this looks unintentional to me. Things happened and they ditched him outside to save themselves. I only takes one person to know the full truth, and all the rest to just toe the line and refuse to ask questions to have “plausible” deniability (though none of them seem plausible imo).
