Dude I'm not gonna lie I would've sat there with a rager if I got recognized by these two rockstar attorneys. Love to hear they've recognized and accepted your 2 cents into the trial too you're a very passionate guy and I mean your bs detector is calibrated exceptionally. You spot bs in spots where even I got tricked and I think of myself as a rather critical guy when it comes to proving guilt.
What's most wonderful to me in this whole case, the defense hasn't even started their side of the case yet and they've literally got in more convincing evidence of their case than the CW has on theirs. This trial is insane to me. Their own witnesses are testifying against them at this point and those that aren't suffer from severe crossexamnesia as I like to call it so I can hardly take them seriously.

That humility is what makes the best attorneys. My mentor was one of the biggest civil rights attorneys in New York. Worked for him for years. He refused to become a member of any county clubs. He always ate at diners and preferred conversing with bartenders and working class people. His favorite book was Street Lawyer by Grisham. He always told me to never get too close to the tree where you can’t see the forest. He wanted to understand regular people. It served him well as to this day, he was the best litigator I’ve ever seen and no one could read a jury like him. He passed away last summer and he literally never lost a criminal jury trial his entire career.

My only concern with the way defense is handling their case is using Proctors statement reports as gospel but then at the same time saying he didn’t do his job right or thoroughly & can’t be trusted bcuz of his connections & personal involvement with the witnesses.
So if he’s corrupt & trying to help his close friends with a coverup then how can his reports be considered reliable or truthful? Their line of questioning for every witness is “you told trooper Proctor on such & such date, isn’t it true your statement to trooper proctor in whatever month & year, that’s not what you told trooper Proctor” you know the rest bcuz it happens with every witness.
I’m not alone in thinking about it this way? That has to confuse the jury. Hey don’t trust anything trooper Proctor says or does bcuz he’s connected to all these people but we are using every witness statement he took in the presence of everyone to get their stories straight as fact! Very confusing & I wonder if the Jury has realized this yet?

If any of the jurors are older than 40 I wonder if they’ll remember Chris Albert killing an exchange student with his vehicle in 1994 and hiding for 30 hours before turning himself in. His lawyer was judge aunty Bev’s brother.

      @@lyndafarley9167 here’s a bit of info…
This Albert family know all about killing a man with a vehicle. Guess who his lawyer was. The judge’s brother!!
When he was running for Selectman last year Chris Albert intentionally hid from voters the fact that he was a convicted felon who killed a man in 1994 when he was 22 years old, and served 6 months in prison for it. Albert led State Police on a 30 hour manhunt after rear ending a car on I-95 in Attleboro and killing the driver Peter Berger at 3 AM before fleeing the scene. Passenger Peggy Lau survived. Berger was a 23 year old exchange student attending Johnson and Wales, and was described as “one of the top students in the MBA honors program.” Peter had a bright future ahead of him which was stolen from him by Chris Albert. He would be 54 years old today, and possibly have a family of his own. To make matters worse Berger’s parents couldn’t travel across the world to grieve him, and had to send their younger son instead.
