For some odd reason it had another pass word and just by shear chance I accidentally found the pass word. I have just got this new phone and if it is supposed to save time from my old flip phone it has not.

patricia Cann try go to settings>connections>mobile network>then select network operators and let it search for your netowk automatically or try search for it manually then once its found it should then register it
