Imagine coming out of being intangible and having no idea if you're safe until you actually get to see again. Mirio probably has to analyze his surroundings so hard before he uses it at all. His quirk is amazing but the volitility of it is insane.

@@SeanWheeler100 for Hagakure it's not that light is going through her, light is refracting off of her in a way that shows what's on the other side of her, like an invisibility cloak. If light just went through her I doubt she'd be able to have that light flash ability.
I've always wondered what would've happened if bakugou were there when class 1-A fought mirio. He would've probably have gotten his ass kicked, and knowing bakugou he probably wouldn't have been too happy about that. But maybe he would've felt some admiration and respect for mirio (without actually showing it of course) after hearing about what he had to go through to make his quirk strong.

There was a contest years ago to have your very own MHA custom character feature in the manga and someone won with that very girl. I heard she was originally made to be in UA but the a maze her a bit older and had her work as sidekick instead of a student.

Sorry but I watch lemillion once a week since it came out. I introduced the show to some friends and as it built up to that I couldn’t stop moving in my chair. We stayed up until 4:30am watching it when we got to the eri arc. That episode for me is the best and the whole thing is a fight.

He turned this into a discount invincibility by learning to control what parts became intangible and learning to use his own strength to overcome opponents. In his own words "I turned it *into* a strong quirk" and that's one of the things I like about him.

I think even with the entire class 1-A, they would have lost pretty quick. After the loss and an explanation, if they did a rematch, it might have gotten interesting. A collaborative effort, with planning, they could have definitely held their own. Not sure they would win though.

The wild thing to think about regarding Mirio is in comparison to the rest of hero society. Mirio is the best, not out of some selfish desire to climb ranks, but because he wanted to be the best version of his previously broken self, and because he wants to save as many people as he can. That is it. That is the entirety of Mirio. He is not a part of this plot-centric cosmic fight between good and evil, and there is a humanistic joy in seeing a character be good just for goodness' sake.
No spoilers.Highkey this season was the high point of the anime, there is still some good stuff in there. But season 3 they were really firing on full blast.
Honestly, I think this next arc/season is the best so far. ( depending on who you ask) There are wins, and there are losses, and you’ll really feel them, and they do a great job of portraying that. Mirio is also a character who you’ll come to love, he doesn’t even get a beach training arc, or have a “tragic” backstory but you just can’t help but like him. I think it’s because he has so many factors from all might and deku in one it feels like we’ve known him since the start of the show. Personally Mirio is one of my favourite characters and I think you’ll come to see why later on in the show.
In that intro, if Hakakure was visible, where are we zooming out from..? It's just so bizarre knowing there's a naked girl always there. I'm amazed Mineta can think straight being in proximity to her.

This season is amazing, it used everything that came before and closed the All Might era (for the story and for us). Without him, the "safe net" we had is no longer there and the new threats are devoided of the idea of "in the end we still have All Might, right?". And of course, enter Mirio, I wont say anything about him... yet.
It might be an exaggeration, and they can't compare it because they are students. But the implication that Miro can potentially be #1, or comparable to Endeavor, is absolutely ballistic. It sets a huge precedence for his abilities.

We can see over the course of the season how Deku and Shigaraki's stories have mirrored each other. Deku has All Might around, but now he's going to actually start to have to branch out and find his way along mostly by himself. Shigaraki doesn't have his mentor at all, so he's going to have to find his own way to stand on his own two feet. And that should do wonders for both of their characters.

Shadowcat's power was never characterised as being as complicated as Mirio's, or needing as much concentration. Meanwhile you have Squirrel Girl who maximised a power most wouldn't see as particularly good and became one of the world's strongest heroes - which is what Mirio did.

Mirio to me is if you took the best attributes of Izuku and Katsuki, combined them together. He’s basically everything Class 1-A is striving to be, and who better to represent that than Class 1-A’s Heart: Deku, Class 1-A’s Soul: Kacchan. I also want to say that I love the idea of the Big Three, for all of their weirdness and lack of achievements (i.e. low ranking in the Sports Festival). It’s because of how they each discovered that potential is what you make of it. There not The Big Three because they were the best at the beginning, there The Big Three because by the end, through hard work, determination and experience, had managed to the become the best by the end.
So Aizawa waited until Deku was back in class to introduce these heroes, but couldn't wait one more day until Bakagou was back so he could get that experience as well? Doesn't seem fair to me.

Mirio to me is if you took the best attributes of Izuku and Katsuki, combined them together. He’s basically everything Class 1-A is striving to be, and who better to represent that than Class 1-A’s Heart: Deku, Class 1-A’s Soul: Kacchan.
I also want to say that I love the idea of the Big Three, for all of their weirdness and lack of achievements (i.e. low ranking in the Sports Festival). It’s because of how they each discovered that potential is what you make of it. There not The Big Three because they were the best at the beginning, there The Big Three because by the end, through hard work, determination and experience, had managed to the become the best by the end.
