Dear River … I’m not that impressed with Meghan’s jam. I live in northern Michigan in a small Mennonite/Amish community where making 50, 8oz jars of jam is done every summer in many homes. As a matter of fact here we grow, pick, clean and can many different flavors of fruit for jam. Not that I’m Mennonite or Amish, just a woman who grew up canning, baking and other country life style tasks like sewing. Our jam is not labeled with a number but usually is sporting the date it was canned because it will most likely be stored with several other jars of canned gods in pantry or in the basement on the can good shelves. I get a kick out of Meghan taking credit for the jam she sells. It’s kind of like me opening a can of spaghettio’s and taking credit for opening the can (or maybe I’m just not being nice because I really just don’t like her and I’m old and cranky).
I’d pay good money to try your product but wouldn’t pay a penny for hers.
Soho's wife thinks she was the first woman to making of jams. I am also old and cranky. We have learned by a very young age to make jams, preserve fruits and jams, chutney. Dehydrates eggs fruits and veggies. Nothing tastes better than home made jams etc. why the hell would anyone buy Soho wifes jams. Nothing she says or makes or does will be sold because of her dark demon heart. She destroyed herself.

I am all for Katharine Birbalsingh’s style of teaching and running a school. I am a retired, semi-retired teacher and have seen the deterioration of common sense, patriotism, and respect for authority (not to mention the dress codes) go down the whole drain. I hate to think of our teenagers as leaders of our countries. 🤨 we’ve had our Prime Minister and our Deputy minister having to cancel their events because of the “activism” (Palestinian riots). Embarrassing ans shameful.
I totally agree. The girl and her family received £150,000 of legal aid ( taxpayer funds for those overseas) to take this case to court, and are STILL saying that they are "dismayed" at the ruling because their religion requires the prayer ritual. If it is so important to them, why did they choose that school?! I am incensed at that amount of money being spent in such a way when it could have been used to improve educational facilities.

She won't be selling much, the ingredients are not listed in case of an allergic reaction, there's no expiry date, no FDA approval,no registration number, ALL OF THESE HAVE TO BE LISTED !!!!

With this batch, it seems like it’s just a gift she desperately wants people to post on Social Media.
So she can probably skirt around certain FDA rules and regulations this time around.
I make herbal bath and body products like bath salts and massage oils and lip balm and some healing balms And yes FDA requires. I list the ingredients from the most that’s in the product to the least amount of ingredients is in the product to avoid allergies. There is an expiration date on mine and you follow the rules or you’re not allowed to sell them.

That's what I thought! That shape of jar, is not available, in retail stores, for the home canner. There are cute jars, the home canner can buy... quilted pattern jars, and those with fruit and vegetable shapes, in the glass, even aqua blue jars, if you're willing to pay extra, but those jars, scream Bonne Mama. I believe she bought the jam, and soaked off the original labels, then stuck on her own, ridiculous, beige, illegible, half glued, labels!

We get strawberries every spring here in Indiana from Ditzler Orchard in Parke county. They don't sell jam, just fresh picked strawberries. Red, ripe, juicy strawberries which Megan's don't resemble, hers are a faintly colored pale looking comparison.

The good news is 7 days on - no one else is promoting MM. The rest of those jars haven’t surfaced however there have been 2 articles - 1) Martha Stewart has actually come out and said she is embarrassed by any comparison and she’s seen hundreds come and go trying to imitate her. And 2) an article has surfaced saying Anna Wintour has sent her’s back with an explanation saying why MM’s request for an invite to the MET gala isn’t happening (AW had also apparently declared Jeff Bazos and partner is the new ‘American Royalty’- that’s a kick in the face!) …….

There is no way in this world I will ever buy her jam or fruit!! I make my own jam with organic strawberries and sugar. All fruit coming from California ha Apeel sprayed all over it. Be very careful where you get fruit. Local farmers, straight from the dirt is what is safest.
