I don’t know which one is the saddest of the villains death in season 5 of Gotham and thank for this video because i forgot how many villains or characters in season 5 of Gotham got killed.
Season 5 was honestly my favourite season, Gotham was especially separated from the rest of the world and everyone trapped within had to fight to survive
Honestly, I enjoyed the exploration of a pre-Batman Gotham, since we already have a good selection of iterations ranging from ones where Batman is still viewed as a menace by the GCPD to ones where Batman is seen as an unofficial cop of the city. Are there elements that could’ve been done better? Absolutely (looking at Mr. Freeze and the rushing of Season 5 especially). But for what we got and compared to some of the projects that have been released by Warner in recent years (especially the train wreck that is the DCEU), I’m not complaining about it too much. Besides, even if the showrunners wanted to use a concept like that, I’m pretty sure that Fox (the company that made the show) wasn’t given the rights to expressly use “Batman” in the show in the same way they couldn’t use Joker.
