I saved my ends and am really exited to try it. I’m salivating! I used your method for my prime rib roast and got tons of compliments! Thank you for all your work!
I've been making cream of asparagus soup for year's and I've never heard of using the cauliflower vs. Actual milk or cream. It was so fattening the way I was taught. It was fine when I was younger but now my metabolism just isn't what it used to be. I can't wait to try it this way. I also never used the end for me, I would roll them in some olive oil and roast for my dog's. For the cost of asparagus, I would much rather freeze my ends for this very healthy soup. I'm on WW blue plan and this is perfect 💚 sincerely thank you
Happy New Year Louise! Thank you for this wonderful recipe! Asparagus is expensive here, so it is fantastic how you utilize all of it - instead of trashing the ends. Great job, looks super delicious!!
Hello Louise, congratulations on a great business and excellent channel. Love all your recipes and your presentations. Can you tell me the exact model of the Ninja hot cold blender you use in this video? I looked on Amazon and numerous other sites and I can't find anything that looks like the one you used. I'd appreciate any help you can give me. Be safe and happy New Year. AL
I made your chicken noodle soup two days ago and had it for lunch today too...3rd day in a row. It is soooo good and much bettr the second day. Tonight we are having your Maryland shrimp, can wait to taste it. Next on my agenda is this asparagus soup, it looks so dang good. Thanks for the great recipes Louise.
Wow! Thanks for saving the asparagus ends recipe. It is very frustrating to dispose of them at the price I pay for them. We love soup, so I can’t wait to try.
Awesome videos! I would love to look at the blender online and possibly order one using your affiliate link, but the link in your previous videos for it do not work. Do you think it was discontinued or something? Will you have a look at the link and update it, and/or maybe include it in the description for this video? Thanks so much!!
In the past I use to have my egg yoke soft when I would fry an egg but then the problem with salmonella started so for years I've been making sure the yoke is done all the way through. Later I've been seeing recipes calling for eggs cooked like the one you cooked here. Are eggs safer to eat now with the soft yoke than they were some years ago?
I have backyard chickens, so I use fresh eggs. I think the risk of salmonella in store-bought eggs is very small, but you can also buy pasteurized eggs. They are a little pricier though.
I have to try this! Happy New Year Beautiful Lady! May you & your Husband be blessed!!
Happy new year!! Thank you!
Will definitely try this!! Nice presentation..

Never put an egg on asparagus soup... interesting 👍. Looks amazing...now I am hungry 😋
Happy New Year 💞
Happy new year!!
It was tasty. I used grated parm, which may have caused it being harder to clean the blender. I enjoy your channel!!
Thank you so much! I didn't have any issues with cleaning, so it might be the grated parm. Thanks for letting me know in case someone else asks!
Got a new subscriber ❤️💯
Welcome!!
Hey louise great recipe but can I add a roasted garlic clove or 2 because I love roasted garlic in all of my soups
Yes, of course! That sounds wondeful!
Wow! Thanks for saving the asparagus ends recipe. It is very frustrating to dispose of them at the price I pay for them. We love soup, so I can’t wait to try.

It wasn't discontinued, but I think they are out of stock on Amazon.
Wow!!! ❤️❤️❤️❤️❤️
How would I make this pressure cooked in the foodi? I’d love to make this via my pressure cooker.
Look yummy❤️
Hi
Can you tell me if there is Monisodium Glutamate in the vehicle base please
According the manufacturer, there isn't any msg in the vegetable base.
Please do an "Egg Drop Soup" for this old man! 😘
Yes please!
I have that on my list!
@@TheSaltedPepper did you ever do this?
Could you use frozen riced cauliflower? I am using my foodie, so guessing I would reduce the pressure cook time?
Thanks Louise!! Now I just have to go buy the Ninja blender thing.. It’s all your fault I have to buy it 😂😂😂😂😂
LOL! You will love it!
Also please do a egg drop soup
It's on my list!

I have fresh nutmeg and grind mine...would I use less?
I don't think so. It's just a fresher taste.
I will need to use this recipe on the stove top because I don't have my blender anymore 😣
I hope you enjoy it!
Personally I would not want the egg
