Hello, I got gifted my uncle’s 2001 S60 T5 manual, he owned since new and it has 168 thousand kilometers, new clutch and suspension. I love the car and it is in beautiful condition but it has a few problems. It is making a noise, like a hydraulic lifter I don’t know how to describe it, like a ticking noise at idle and while accelerating the pitch changes. I took it to the dealer and they said that the engine is in great condition for the age and mileage, compression is perfect as well and they also say the engine has no hydraulic lifters so the noise is “normal” which I think is bullshit ☹️ you said something about hydraulic lifters and valve adjustment in the video, would you explain it a little more to me, I didn’t really understand but I think it has something to do with my ticking noise issue. Or if it isn’t, what else do you think it could be, the Volvo scan tool at the dealership didn’t throw any codes at all either… I’m afraid if I keep driving the car it will die or something, but I need to drive it to college so I don’t know what to do, please help Sorry for my bad english
