Lufthansa Boeing 747-8 - through a stunning sunset to a spectacular night landing in Mexico City

- Join me aboard Lufthansa's Boeing 747-8i on this 12 hour and 10 minutes flight from Frankfurt to Mexico City on December 1 2015.
The flight took us straight over France to the Atlantic Ocean, then towards the Azores, Bermuda onward across Florida and the Gulf of Mexico to Mexico City. The flight ended with an amazing and spectacular sunset in various colours reflected on the aircraft plus the always amazing night landing in Mexico City.
I travelled to Mexico to record several live concerts of a band for a later live release, first clips available on my channel if you are interested.

I think it's the most beautiful one I've ever seen. I love that breathtaking sunset, the beautiful colours and than the night landing with the lights of the city. It's special experience and the engine sound is wonderful.

Incredible! I think as aviation enthusiast you see weathered aluminum on aircraft and know its seen some weather, PM's, time in the sky getting dirty. The attraction of all this is seeing these engines go from habitable ground to, unhabitable just no mans land back to ground. Sunset reflection amazing...
