Great Video! One thing I have taken from the videos here with you Morey on the spiral is the focus of the "C" shape on the release rather than the "U" shape on the release. I think this is another key you make the point of in several other videos then let it roll off your index finger. Keep up the great work! Wish I was a teen again! 51 now and still learning. Thanks

Any idea(s) why when I throw, the ball typically comes out with the front point of it facing to the right somewhat, instead of at my target. So even though the ball is traveling toward the target, the front point of it tends to face to the right somewhat.
I have a problem with the ball slipping out of my grip all the time and thus a poor spiral. You're definitely onto something with the lower body and hip rotation. Using the lower body right, I don't have to use all arm and wrist and can just let easy heat come out of my hand
@@Performancelabofcalifornia I have a lot of trouble keeping grip on the ball on account of my hand size. I have great grip strength, but if I really try to heave it without using proper mechanics, it slips out of my hand very easily

I have a perfect spiral EVREY time btw like if his next vid should be to throw the deep ball accurately under pressure
that’s pretty simple it’s don’t get pressured that’s more of a mental feature u have to teach yourself how to not panic

There is a way not have to spread out your hands have a gap in-between the ball before you throw it,😂
