Today one can really find a useful and quite good charger/maintainer very easily. Great video. I believe that the one that you showed it is a good alternative. :) Keep going Matt.
Hi, thanks for the presentation. I have had such a charger for a long time. It's super good, but the CAN-bus chip is missing. So I can't charge my BMW motorcycle with it at the 12V charging input. So I had to buy another charger that has this function.
I could imagine that the bigger ones have a bit more current to charge the batteries. C-Tek range is money well spent to keep the batteries in optimal condition.
Danke für den Beitrag! Ich habe auch das Ctek 0,8 schon 10 Jahre an meiner Yamaha, Batterie auch 10 Jahre alt und fungiert immer noch 👍👍

Thanks for that. Always happy to share my experiences with products.

I was tempted to install the connector eyelet adaptor. But will probably do what you did if I think the bike will spend time parked up.
I've never heard of this charger as I've used Battery Tender for decades. It sure looks like a solid alternative. Great review Matt!
Had it fo a while now. It has been great.
Thanks for the support.
Love my CTek too, nice work matty
Thanks mate. It is always nice to find good products out there.
Great review and an awesome alternative to the battery tender !
Thanks. Some bikes in my garage are not ridden anywhere near enough. so this little charger gets me out of trouble.
Nice review Matt - Oh, and nice bike !!!! Wink Wink - From Team Kazo.
Its is like I am leaving little easter eggs on my videos these days.
I use CTEK MXS 5.0s but I haven’t tried the smaller one. I’m happy with mine - I have three - one for both bikes and one for the car.

Cool video Matt, that's a nifty little battery charger. If my eyes don't deceive me was that a BMW GS I spotted?
Might be 😉
Have a battery tender on the bandit Matt but it is a oxford.
They work well too. I borrowed one a few years back and it was great. I think the review is here ruclips.net/video/fPYXrg11kh8/видео.html
They are a top idea I got one on both bikes.
Keeps the batteries in good condition. Money well spent.
I don’t even know where my battery is yet.
This comment wind 😂😂😂😂
Joys of a full fairing bike.
youd need one with Italian Electronics
Ha ha. I might have a bit of a story about that coming soon.
That does not work on Lithium batteries as you say… it’s states what it does which is lead acid and AGM!
I think it's expensive to use in my country
They do not use alot of power. Especially when they are monitoring your battery.
Optimate estimate £1 per annum. Really low cost
Dont charge Li-ion with this charger will burn your house down and pet kangaroo
