My friend just recently got into Korean music and the one thing that she said that got my attention was that even though she can't understand the lyrics, she can feel the emotion from the singing, rapping etc...and this performance is a sole example of that :) I love Mamamoo

I've already memorized the songs 'cause I keep watching. I put all their immortal songs performances on a playlist so I can play them in the background while I do other things but I always end up just sitting in from of my pc or ipad or cellphone whatever I'm using at that moment. They are such excellent performers. It would be a blast to watch them live.

They blow me away every single time. Solar is fast on the way to becoming one of the best vocalists in the kpop industry and it's amazing to see her and the other girls grow - and they're improving so fast from what I was already seeing as perfection. Only thing is, I really wish RBW would let Moonbyul sing. She is a great singer, she just isn't as good as the rest of the girls. But if they don't give Byul a chance to improve then the other girls are just going to fly right past her. She is an amazing rapper but I know she can sing as well and it's sad to see her singing talent being squandered.
+MsAsh3070 Its not like RBW prevent her from singing. Fans had been asking her to sing more but she herself said that she prefer and more comfortable with rapping. She was originally trained as vocalist, but she said she couldn't really convey emotion effectively through singing so she chose rapping that could voice out her personality. RBW won't push her doing it if she's not ready yet, but it doesn't mean she's not allowed to - she had been singing in their cover songs and posted a few clips of her singing for fans. We just need to wait until she's ready :)

The only thing that takes me out of MAMAMOO performances is feeling uncomfortable that Moon is just literally standing there waiting for her time to rap. something i have noticed about Whee In in all of their performances she always does this thing where she looks at the person or persons she is harmonizing with especially Solar and Hwasa cos she harmonizes with them a lot in songs i think its really cute and special
