I’m so glad you’re feeling better and are now able to go to the store and drive! That feeling of being able to do things on your own again…even little things…is incredible. I’m praying your foot drop gets better soon and that you continue to improve in all areas. 🙏🏻💕

I’m so glad you’re feeling better and able to get out of the house for a while. I’m going to have surgery on my right shoulder sometime this year, so I’m not looking forward to the post op.

Your videos have helped me a lot. I am currently 3 weeks post microdiscectomy. I started back to work after 2 weeks. I am a teacher and after 4 days I was exhausted and in pain.

So happy you’re feeling a bit better. You got this!! How about waking in a swimming pool? Not swimming, or treading… but walking in shallow water

Hi Chloe, Karla here in Oklahoma. Did you injure your back causing the bulging disc and or hereditary?
I injured (tore) my spinal canal causing spinal fluid to leak out into soft tissue, I’m a cardiovascular Sonographer/nurse. I was helping a patient get into the exam table; she went limp on me putting 350lbs of dead weight on me. I came to on the floor could not move my legs. Anyway, short story: lost use of left leg and bladder. 1yr of PT and procedures etc. I’ve had 6 major back surgeries. Getting ready for my 7th. I now have a calcified synovial cyst compressing on my spinal cord at T10-11. Extreme numbness in left side from T11 down to my left foot. Drop foot is very frustrating. What caused your bone spurs, your so young? The orthopedic surgeon did the wrong surgery on me 1st time, I’m cut from bra strap all the way down. He fused L5-S1. 2nd surgery 5 months later: my body rejected the hardware. Spine shattered leading to cement being used at L 4-5 and S1. It’s been surgeries since 2012. Re: the calcified cyst compressing on my spine, the numbness is scary. My surgery isn’t until 2-13 , but they are trying to get me in asap. Im on bed rest. Iam so glad that you are doing so good. The healing from spinal surgery is such a slow healing process. Don’t rush things sweetie. You will be in my prayers. Was curious as to what caused the bone spurs and bulging disc?
You popped up on my u tube page the 1st time yesterday. So glad I watched your video. Can’t wait to hear how your up and running. Prayers sweetie.
