I just bought a 2015 XF 3.0 Sport Supercharged. The engine is a gem. Smooth, powerful and an aural delight. I never want to get out of the car. This engine would make me want to get wherever I’m going over with ASAP. I sound like a jerk but it’s true.
This car just hits all the right buttons with me. A V6 under the hood would have been sweet, but this powertrain more than suffices. Would love to own one some day, great review!
This is just sad. A gritty 2.0 liter 4-cylinder doesn’t belong in this car. It’s not even a good one. The 2.0T found in the VW GTI/Golf R, S3, Type R and 530i are smooth and refined, by any standard.
Beautiful car with the interior facelift, but unfortunately Jag skipped on the great 3.0L Inline 6 or the P400 engine in the larger F-pace and Range Rovers.
@Miroslav Böhm So how do you know this car is unreliable?? Do you own one? But sure, in the past, it was always said you should have 2 Jags - one to drive and one getting fixed. At least Jaguar now offers a 5-year warranty / unlimited kilometres with 5 years roadside assistance across all new vehicles, so I think that helps to give one a sense of security as to the reliability of this car (hopefully!)
I don't think this looks as good as the very first XF that was released. It is something about the C pillar on the newer models that makes the car look....less aggressive. The C-pillar looks like it came from a ford product...a Focus or something. Also, the interior doesn't look that great, either. I'm sure the performance is there...but the rest of the car is so mundane. That being said...I love my F-Pace R-Sport. The 3.0L paired with that ZF 8-speed is quite the duo. Car is mad eager.

Yeah Same, I have a 2016 XF 35t, i love the car and the sound of that engine, its really sad that they binned it. This car looks so perfect too.

I have a 2018 with a 2.0 (25t) engine. My car does not have a heads up display like yours do but I must say, your XF is also gorgeous.

With the 2.0 Turbo inline 4 it sounds like a Honda accord. It is basically like the Honda accord, but more expensive and unreliable.

Volvo and audi are the brands which have fwd layout in there sedans unlike bmw amd mercedes provides rwd
Additionally, Acura provides a Fwd based AWD layout and Lexus a RWD layout
