If people would only use their common sense they would realize that was absolutely no great financial gain to be had by Dr. Ruckman in defending the King James AV 1611 Bible as The True Word of God. So what was his motivation? He was motivated by his love for his Savior. He never got rich by defending God’s Word! Money answereth all things…money was hardly a motivator, just love and appreciation for his Savior.
KJV is great. But so is many other translations. Most KJV only advocates act as though all other Christian’s that don’t speak or read English and therefore can’t understand the KJV aren’t reading the Word of God. I think the old United States copyright law used to be 95 years. The King James Bible is way older than 95 years old. After 95 years the copyright is null. Is Shakespeare copyrighted? They can copyright new translations because they changed the words. All new translations made today will eventually lose their copyright given enough time. New copyright law is the life of the author plus 70 years. Just Google copyright laws.. New Maps and drawings can be copyrighted.
The Geneva Bible was used as a reference during the translation of the King James. However, when the Geneva was written the English language was not yet complete. English would reach its apex as a language during the time that the King James was written. English has been in a slow descent ever since. Another interesting note, the King James was the 7th translation into English (the Geneva was an earlier one), and what does seven represent in the Bible? Perfection.
The Geneva Bible is excellent. "In the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established." The KJB is my primary, but the Geneva is also a faithful witness.

Does the NASB have 70x7 + 70x7 references to Jesus (the Christ) in the New Testament? Which appears 70x7 times in the odd numbered New Testament books and 70x7 times in the even. Does the ESV have God speak 7x7x7 words in the 1st chapter of your Old Testament and 7x7 words in the New? Do your 1st and Last Verses of your Bible have the same number of LETTERS, CONSONANTS, VOWELS, and SYLLABLES? No? Then it's not divinely inspired
I’ve always figured it this way…. I believe The Lord God is a perfect God. I believe He created the universe and man. I believe He performed all the miracles in the Bible. All this said, preserving His Word for us seems like a pretty small feat compared to the big picture. There comes a point in time where you have to take some things by faith and I believe my God is big and perfect and powerful enough to have preserved His Word for His Creation.

(C) the King James Version has no copyright because it is too old of a book. I think the old United States copyright law used to be 95 years. The King James Bible is way older than 95 years old. After 95 years the copyright is null. Is Shakespeare copyrighted? They can copyright new translations because they changed the words. All new translations made today will eventually lose their copyright given enough time. New copyright law is the life of the author plus 70 years. Just Google copyright laws.. New Maps and drawings can be copyrighted.

Geneva Bible??
The Geneva Bible was used as a reference during the translation of the King James. However, when the Geneva was written the English language was not yet complete. English would reach its apex as a language during the time that the King James was written. English has been in a slow descent ever since. Another interesting note, the King James was the 7th translation into English (the Geneva was an earlier one), and what does seven represent in the Bible? Perfection.

The Geneva Bible is excellent. "In the mouth of two or three witnesses every word shall be established." The KJB is my primary, but the Geneva is also a faithful witness.
A Faithful rendering
KJV just the same as any other English translation. Don’t go idolize the KJV. NASB95 ESV NIV will always be easier reads. There is nothing wrong with them.
Does the NASB have 70x7 + 70x7 references to Jesus (the Christ) in the New Testament? Which appears 70x7 times in the odd numbered New Testament books and 70x7 times in the even.
Does the ESV have God speak 7x7x7 words in the 1st chapter of your Old Testament and 7x7 words in the New?
Do your 1st and Last Verses of your Bible have the same number of LETTERS, CONSONANTS, VOWELS, and SYLLABLES?
No? Then it's not divinely inspired
I’ve always figured it this way….
I believe The Lord God is a perfect God. I believe He created the universe and man. I believe He performed all the miracles in the Bible. All this said, preserving His Word for us seems like a pretty small feat compared to the big picture. There comes a point in time where you have to take some things by faith and I believe my God is big and perfect and powerful enough to have preserved His Word for His Creation.
New versions use different manuscripts. Mainly vaticanus and sinaiticus. They are corrupt and come from the vatican. But feel free to use some altered corrupted satanic version if you want.
I would ask that you read or listen to the repentant testimony by Dr. Frank Logsdon who wrote the Preface for the NASB. Then determine if there is anything wrong with the new versions which all use the Wescott, Hort or Nestle Aland Greek text. God Bless.

I was listening to Sam Gipp, and he did the same thing, they just cant help but to be insulting, and I know exactly why, when you tell people that nothing they can ever think, say, or do will ever cause them to be lost again, you can mark it down it will go to many of their heads.

I do not know you from Adam's house cat and you certainly do not know me by one post, I have watched several Sam Gipp videos, and he is insulting, to the point of claiming if so and so is saved then he gets to be there at the judgment seat of Christ to hear so and so explain to the Lord why he did thus and such. now there is your example of being seen as godly.
I can glean from this one and that one, taking the truth and ignoring the rest, I am no longer a baptist, but they still have much that is truth that is worth listening to and keeping.
