The reality is that Brazilian jiu-jitsu can be practiced and remain effective for people well into their 60s! wrestling on the other hand is Hardcore and takes a toll and punishes the body and when you are 50 years old you are not wrestling anybody! but when you're 65 you will still remain capable of using effective jiu-jitsu! However I think it's intelligent to incorporate wrestling takedown strategies into your Jiu Jitsu when you Are Young because pulling guard is for cowards LOL
