don't mix baking soda and vinegar because they make sodium acetate, an insoluble salt that just makes things dirtier
Go to your local janitorial or cleaning supplies store. They have great professional products at affordable prices and can provide training on how to use them. Mention that you are a business, set up an account and they will give you even better prices. They also have variety of mops, buckets, vacuum cleaners, etc.

I'm starting my own cleaning service, and luckily my boyfriend is an RV Technician. So, I have access to amazing industrial cleaners. ZEP Orange Gel Degreaser is my favorite!

Menards has the biggest variety of cleaning products.
I like the stainless steel popup wipes best in the grey canister for wiping metal surfaces, but I think a spot of cheap hand moisturizer on a damp cloth might do the same thing as I have done that followed by a quick polish off if I see streaks. Salt and baking soda paste for stove tops applied with non abrasive scrubby and bleach for stains in sinks, tubs, toilets etc and general purpose on everything else. I like cleaning my shower area with a spritz of water on all the walls and then I use dishwasher gel and a soft broom making sure to rinse well after its scrubbed. A dish washer rinsing agent helps with glass too and always use gloves and lint free clothes. Not a house cleaner just found these work for me after trying and ran the gambit of cleaning products even the big ones in Sam's club.
Angela Brown I use a regular soft nylon broom with a long pole and a smaller stiffer dustpan brush I picked up at dollar tree for nooks and crannies followed by a good rinse and wipe or squeegee. I suppose a dustpan brush would work too. I even keep a dollar tree dust pan and old tooth brushes for tricky areas in the vehicles

What are the tools needed in Industrial cleaning
If you are talking about commercial cleaning it depends on the job. Instead of a cleaning caddy you'll have a cleaning cart and maybe a 30 gallon garbage cans on wheels. Instead of a mop you may have a burnisher or a riding floor sweeper. Your tools will change based on the scope of work.
