Yes it can. If u bomb hover to gerudo fortress as child and get the odd mushroom from the chest. Then go to kakariko and clip into the potion shop at child. Trade the mushroom for the odd potion and rba the potion after equip swapping it as child and the game will give u song of time and the 3 spiritual stones

Why ant I Rba.. I tried so many. Different guides… the only thing that’s happened is I pulled out invisible ocarina.. I have a deku stick on B and one bottle with a fish or bugs tried it all :(( so sad.. I’m playing randomizer and would love to get the 3 child boss crystals
After getting deku sticks on B you need to do the bottle dupe glitch to replace them with a bottle, so you'll then have a bottle on B and can do RBA.
(Make sure you have 0 deku sticks first if doing this as adult, otherwise the game will crash.)
