It looks like you have a stickleback mower in the background. If you make your own hay, could you please do a video or several on hay making?

I do but it’s a project and needs quite a bit of work. The plan is to eventually make hay with them so I’ll put some videos together when I eventually do.

@@riendeaufarmoxencrafts7809 Thank you. I will keep my eye out for it. Could you do videos on how to fix the mower?

Do you measure their necks first?

Most of us here have a whole set of yokes so we just match the size to the animal but if you’re starting out you can do some measuring. Because most of us start with calves you pretty much always need a 5 inch and then as they get tight in the bows you go up a size.

Do you have a video of hoof care?

I saw a cart in an Indian video of carts and instead of a bow, they had some kind of rope

I have seen that as well only the one I saw was in Africa, a man was plowing with it. It was set up with two longer lengths of wood like the bow but not bent. Instead, he had what looked like a braided rope in the place where the bend in the bow would be. Didn't like how it rode on the oxen's neck myself. It did seem to work after a fashion though.
