San susunod na mag-apply ka ng visa, kailangan kasi specific ang aaplyin mo, like tourist visa, immigrant visa pr non-immigrant visa. At saka kailangan ay bigyan ka ng asawa ng Affifdavit of support na permado niya with notary, kasi iyon ang pinakaimportante dahil you might be another hardship case once you inter in the U.S., and if your husband is in the Philippines when applying a visa, he should have been inside the embassy with you to support you emotionally. Another thing is kailangan na don't be too confident, respeto sa interviewer, at laging pakumbaba. Ang mga interviewers ay well trained to scrutinized, observant to the applicant's attitude, and be as calm and patient, at the same time, finding some red flags.
Very well said,Do you have a US Visa? Are you married to a foreigner? Have you ever applied for a visa? Have you been to the US? Cause I just came back from Kansas last November.
@@AgzChad I came here almost 40 years ago and live here in Kansas. The immigration law has changed many times since then, but one important thing that is always requires is the Affidavit of Support, indicating liquid and assets to make sure that your wife will not be in a hardship case. It might help also that if you are in the Philippines on her interview time, go with her inside the embassy if they will let you to accompany her to give them assurance that you are responsible for her when she inters the U.S. and also it very critical that you dress decently and not showing your tattoos if you have any. Tell your wife to be respectful (Sir or Ma'am) because attitudes matter. The visa that she should apply is "non-immigrant Visa" I think, because you guys are already permanently living there, or "Immigrant Visa". If nothing works with all I suggested, ask help from any these Kansas congressmen and he or she will help you because immigration is under jurisdiction by the U/S. congress.
You just have to establish a genuine relationship.
I've seen this happen before, though it was for a visit to Canada, the border agent believe they did not have any strong enough ties with their home country to return. The person I knew of had to get a job since they didn't have one, or any bills to pay. I don't know why they would reject your visa, I hope you have better luck next time. There is a chance you can have a nice border agent who can help you with the problem. Good luck in the future.
Tama nman yung kung ano ang tanong yun lang sasagutin without having to elaborate unless you are asked. Ano po ba work mo? When I applied in 2016 sa USEM-Qatar, i got approved and that was my first time applying. But i was working as a staff nurse nman kc sa Qatar. I guess it matters din kung ano work mo and how long have you been working sa company, etc.
How long you’ve been married to him? And give an answer that can explain reasons of your travel . Coz you’re married to an American citizen ☺️ Praying for your next application 🙂 God Bless
90% of the applicants will be rejected. The allotments are small. Just cross the border wall from Mexico. Lots of scammers these Filipinas so maybe that was an issue? Usually the biggest reason is you could not justify that you will be returning back to the Philippines. Maybe you have little money in savings, you don't have a government job to return back to, you're not on a group tour, etc. The US generally does visa free entries to countries with similar standards of living, such as Japan or Singapore. Most people working in the Philippines makes $10 a day. So only a very few live an equalize standard of living compared to America. You can always marry a US foreignor and then dump him when your green card arrives too. Good luck
Same situation. I got denied yesterday. My husband is here in the Philippines and just wanted us to visit sa US for me to meet his parents/family. Nkakalungkot 😢
@@happinessunleashed8002 please see her follow up video where her B1/B2 was approved. If your spouse already have an SRRV or 13A which proves their intent to stay/live in the Philippines, be sure to highlight that in the application as well as in the interview with consular. Good luck!

There is a follow up video where she got her B1/B2 tourist visa approved! Need to remember, the I-130/I-131(K1) are intended for immigration to the US whereas she wanted to only visit. During her first interview she failed to elaborate her ties to the Philippines and the second interview, her husband’s SRRV which shows his intent to stay in Philippines was the primary factor she would return the the Philippines with her husband. One of the main reasons the B1/B2 are denied is the fact the consular believes the applicants may be trying to circumvent the immigration process (which can take years or decades) and possibly overstay in the US. I’m glad Agz & Chad were persistent and successful in their venture.
Thanks for sharing your experience. I didn't know it was that hard. I hope you'll get approved one day
Spousal Visa is better since your married. Sometimes takes time though.
Try and try until you get it..i hope i will not be denied coz it's hard to get a slot for interview

Spousal Visa dapat in-applyan mo instead na B1/B2 Visa
I can’t apply for a spousal visa cause my husband is permanently residing here..plus both of us just want to visit USA…not planning to live there..
