I’m thinking a DHL plane from Heathrow makes it to my city in North America in less than 12 hours, packed in styrofoam the sausage rolls, fries, pigs in a blanket and a double smash burger with cheese would still be delicious 🤣
You must use back bacon for breakfast service, looks like finely sliced pork chops. The strips are more popular here in Canada,about an inch wide 10 inches long and just as thin but both are delicious if you like pork. Gammon is a term we don’t use here but our country is bilingual and the French word for ham is jambon so maybe there’s a relationship there. Great customer service as usual MrT I enjoy watching breakfast service during our breakfast hours, gets my appetite going 👍🎄

Hey Mr. T, I was just wondering, did the customer at around 1:08:20 complained about the sausages not being fresh enough? Just curious, because I could not tell from the conversation. Long time fan here, your breakfast videos make my boring evenings bright :) I also have been working in the food service industry, a bit different though (cinema), but I would always be weirded out by customers, who assume the food is not fresh enough (even though they saw me putting popcorn straight from the pop machine and they had the opportunity to see the popcorn popping freshly). I am just curious how does that make you feel at moments like those? It feels like the "freshness control experts" do not ever rest and question the quality just for the sake of it...

I just started eating baked beans with my eggs. I LOVE it. I wish our food didn't have so many fillers and junk in them We can't find Heinz baked beans over here in the USA.
after service i would tray up all the bacon and sausages and tomato day dot and put in walkin . make life easier also blackpudding you should add half tomato to the trays they cheap and good .

There's enough plastic waste in the oceans already. I wash my hands instead of using gloves. I don't really care if someone gets upset about it. I use gloves if I have to work with raw meat or with something I don't like the texture of, but I try to use less if possible 👌😀👍

Can I ask a question pls ? So when you're cooking eggs you fry them in butter , some you flip over some you finish off with torch and when you season the eggs is that salt and pepper in the same pot please....
Normally I mix salt, pepper and oregano. I serve the same customers every day, so I know most people's personal preferences. So sometimes I flip the eggs, sometimes I use the torch. Sometimes I use the torch to crack them up, some customers really find it amusing 👌😀👍

I do that a fair amount of times each month. Easier and yummy. I make my home fries and toss them in the pan with an egg. lasts a few days.
