Thank you sweetheart! I hope so. I’m sure going to bust my butt to get there and stay healthy. Sending much love, hugs and light. Hope you are well dear. ❤️🤗✨🌹💋
LOL you are a woman after my own heart! I’m 62, have struggled with my weight my whole life, and at my age it’s even more difficult to get the weight off. I have arthritis, bone on bone in one knee and very close to that in the other, arthritis in my back, degenerative disk disease in my back, have had a hip replacement; high blood pressure, diabetes...! I always had weight problems but after I had my child I really put on weight and it has been even harder to get it off. The most frustrating part is that just before the pandemic I had lost over half of the weight I needed to lose, was doing *so* great, and then - boom! Pandemic. Stressed out to the max - I’m a nurse, my patients are high-risk elderly, we had to scramble and re-work how we were going to care for them, it was a mess. So back to eating I went - comfort food is a strange and wonderful thing! And I am just to the point that I don’t care. Antidepressants haven’t helped, the only exercise I can safely do is walk, and I don’t walk far before the pain sets in, and I just cannot face another diet of low-carb rabbit food. So. I will be watching with great interest to see how this goes for you! Sending love and light, and prayers! 😁
Bless your heart!!! What a challenge working with elderly during Covid. The nurses, doctors and hospital staff have truly been super heroes in my book. I ended up putting an additional 20+ pounds in my year of “not caring” and when I was over at my sister’s after some surgery that she need bandage changes several times a day, we did nothing but sit on our butts, eat carbs and Shar and watch tv. I put on another 12 pounds. It so frustrating to realize I sill have nearly 10 pounds to get off to get to where I was a year ago last February and I thought I needed to lose weight then. It’s definitely a battle, but I’m determined to win it this time. Thanks for checking out my channel. We can do this!!❤️🤗✨🌹
Hi Rosie!! Such an inspiration you are!! Sorry I have been gone a spell..had to put my 12 year old Maltese down and it has taken me awhile to get back to bein me. Hon I have Fibro too as well as chronic fatigue, severe arthritis, depression and anxiety issues plus high blood pressure and I just wanna say we feel like crap on a good day much less a bad day...and this darn Covid has done a number on all of us...I was always tall ( 5'7") and slender and now I have gained almost 30 lbs...like you I have to do something about it. Excersize has always helped me melt off some pounds but lately just too much pain once I get done what I HAVE to do in a day. Like you I want to be creamated, no service, nothing in the paper...when I go I just wanna be free and I want my ashes and my dogs ashes scattered together in the Blue Ridge mountains, Friendly warning,...now is been prob 40 years ago now but I tried Nutri System and it was working until one day I was so weak I looked in the mirror and my bangs of my hair were shaking..I had a hypoglycemic episode( Dr. diagnnosed) so if u do that kind make sure u take in a bit of sugar, an apple, an orange, banana..something.....like u I had never done drugs either but I got in so much pain I had a friend who begged me to try pot...I took 3 puffs or drags or what ever they call it and it burned my throat so bad I won't try it again. Take care and I'll try to check in more often. Love n hugs...Jodi
Hi sweet Jodi! It’s wonderful to hear from you. I’m so very sorry about the loss of your fur baby. Those losses are especially rough when you are dealing with health issues. My doctor is aware of what I’m going to do. I’ll be checking my blood sugar and blood pressure every day because we’re sure my medications will need to adjusted. Thank you for your sweet comment and for stopping by. Be sure to take care of and be kind to yourself. Sending you much love, hugs and prayers that the angels will surround you and give you strength and comfort. ❤️🤗✨🌹😇
O my golly goodness, happy days!! Just found you my friend!.... I have wanted to get to know more about you and now I can!!!! ♥️ ♥️ Going to go back to the start of your videos and get to listen to you..... I HAVE GOT A FEELING WE HAVE A LOT IN COMMON.😏♥️ I'll try not to interrupt too much on the way, but I doubt I will be able to butt out. You have made my day... Thankyou for deciding to communicate like this... Let it flow girl... I'm excited!! 😘😘❤️❤️X
Thank you my sweet friend. You feel free to comment all you want. 😁😁. I’m glad it made your day. I’m hoping to start posting more often…but I always have good intentions🤣🤣🤣❤️🤗✨🌹
OMG! I LOVE THE BOLOGNY STORY!! I happened onto your channel looking for seniors (like me) doing that Swedish Death Cleaning. And I was just charmed by your video. And now I'm watching this video and just cracking up. I'm nearing 70 and I'm from the Allegheny Mountains of Virginia, so I grew up on fried bologny (quartered, like a Maltese Cross). I ate so much in my childhood that I refused to eat bologny as an adult. So I was just cracking up laughing all through that. Then you figuring out how to use pot! I think you're my favorite person on the internet now. You feel like family. I just had to leave a comment, that there's someone who sees you in every way possible except in-person. I wish you an easier time of things.
Thank you for that lovely comment, Chris. What a wonderful way to start the day….better than coffee or fried bologna❤️❤️❤️I’m thrilled you are here. ❤️🤗✨🌹
This popped up on my YT feed .. NanaRose you can do this I’m sure .. just take one day at a time if a day feels too long to manage .. just take it an hour at a time .. you can do this xxx
Hello NanaRose!!! Thank you for another wonderful video...You always make me laugh 😄...question...🤔...do you still have the bong?..Much love to you 💕🌹💖
Thanks, sweetheart! No, the bong is gone. 🤣🤣Pot doesn’t seem to help my sleep issues. I think my folks were such heavy alcoholics that I have a genetic high tolerance to drugs and alcohol. 🤣🤣sending love and hugs. ❤️🤗✨🌹
Hello my friend 🌹🌹🌹 You always amaze me with your sense of humour. Just make sure you are able to use the plan because of your issues (health) as you do not want it to make it worse or affect the tablets you need to take. I admire you for wanting to get healthy, wish I could but I am not as good as you with willpower. Not eating too much and trying to eat healthy, but don't eat what I should and when I should, sometimes skipping meals because I am not hungry. 🤦♀️ Nevertheless my sweet 🌹 I wish you all the best in your endeavour and a slimmer healthier you. Lots of ❤ and Blessings my sweet friend 💋🕊🌹🕉🌠
Thank you, Anna, my sweet friend. I don’t have great will power…I’m just feeling so bad I know I have to do something. We’ll see how much will power I have. I have let my doctor know and I’ll be monitoring my blood sugar and blood pressure meds because I’ll likely have to lower my meds. Glad I make you smile…you do the same for me. Sending love and hugs. ❤️🤗✨🌹
Thank you Sweetheart. It’s been a roller coaster r ride since last August….lots of stories. Hoping to be back soon. Hope you are doing well. Sending love and hugs to you. ❤️🤗🌹
I sure can identify with you about your weight gain and your desire to return to a slimmer, healthier you, dear Rosie! Prior to my total right hip replacement surgery in Summer 2020, my doctor required me to lose 20 pounds before he'd do surgery. Well, I did that and had my surgery. But when I was at my last PCP appointment two months ago, I had to do a "weigh-in" and I realized I had gained back 14 of those 20 pounds. I was not happy with myself! So now I've been trying to eat less and more nutritiously. Still, I'm not able to exercise as I would like, given that I experience pain in my lower back due to a collapsed disc and arthritis. I can imagine your fibro also greatly inhibits the way you'd like to be using your physical body. Both of my sisters suffer with fibro and they've both shared with me how painful and debilitating their conditions are. So anyway, dear friend, perhaps we can offer each other some welcomed emotional support as we tackle our desired goals! Light, Love, and Big Hugs to you! :))
Oh Carol! You really DO get it. Bless your heart, you’ve been through it. My hope is just what you said that we can support and motivate each other along the way and share tips as we learn things that help. I am at a point that I get out of breath just walking down my long driveway to the mail box. It’s time to get serious…except throwing in some laughter to keep us going. Thanks for your comment and for your friendship. Love, hugs, and wild rose fragrance coming your way. ❤️🤗✨🌹
@@nanarose3496 You can count on my support anytime, dear Rosie! And I really like the idea of using laughter and humor to lift spirits and keep us moving forward! Take good care, my friend. Big Hugs to you this evening! :))
NanaRose, you can do this. One day at a time. Forgive yourself if you falter one day, but get right back to it the following day. Now I just need to follow my own advice! Wishing you every success. x
Thank you, Elaine. ❤️. You nailed the toughest part….getting back up , dusting yourself off and starting right back again. I appreciate the great reminder ❤️
You got this NanaRose

I fall off sometimes.I do they alternating fasting.I eat two meals a day.The carbs are the bad calories for me
