Hang on to that thing them rear tires are absolutely gona HOOK id recommend putting the wheels out as far as they'll go.. 86 had spacers in them stock.. I hate them reverse thread axle nuts, I like the simple matter of fact approach you take to solve problems.... long live the honda atc

@@Mrcbuilds thats a good thing.. I once heard it said... anybody can come up with complicated solutions but it takes a smart person to make simple ones....the ability to think and solve problems is disappearing from the landscape. Just lucky for us you solve our 3 wheeler problems, just a few weeks ago I used pvc pipe to extend an intake air boot because I'm using a CR 250 carb and reed boot

Great video!! My first watercooled 250r was from back in the very early 2000's from a good friend's neighbor. It was a full on desert racing trike with some history. But it lost a piston on a race. Long story short, it "ruined the bottom of the block" and it did but I worked at a machine shop accross from Samco. Out in santee CA and the owner was a friend of mine. I was an automotive engine assembler back when I was 18 (40 NOW) Sam the owner hooked me up and I'll never forget that. Iv got a 86 trike now and your videos are very motivational

Hey Favid, I'm sure you know more about these than me. I hope I do inspire others to get out in the shop and build things. I have always found working with my hands a great stress reliever, and clears my head. Thanks for watching. I'm glad you enjoyed the channel

Outstanding work. Some fab work goes on at the shop but when possible the old, remove and replace, is the norm. Mostly because it's a customers vehicle and new parts are what they request and with liability issues, the safest. With that disclaimer out of the way, creativity in some cases absolutely amazes me. Modify a plow mount to attach a different brand of plow, and create a winch mount in the back of the shop truck to load non-running machines, are 2 from this week. Artistry in a different form from those with dirty hands and determination. Thanks again for the work and effort you share.

The 450r rear breaks are very good set up a lot of people run them on the back of 400s with a aftermarket hess stay this is very interesting to watch you take a 30 something year old bike and put modern day parts on it. you will be able to easily get for the next 30 years
