How do you like this game?

I've been looking towards this game for a long time, so I probably have some rose-tinted glasses, but so far in - it feels like it's one of the best games I've played (looking past some flaws)
It reminds me of a bit of Prey, but it's action survival-horror if that makes sense and not rly horror

@@DrowsyTOTO From what I've seen, it looks like a generic modern AAA game. Forced "open world" that shouldn't even be there, upgrades and other """rpg""" mechanics that completely destroy the gameplay balance, sound effects consiting of nothing but bass and reverb but no actual sound, terribly cringy dialogue that forces you to mute it in the options, lots of DLCs, "standard edition" "gold edition" "premium edition" - basically increasing game price without idiots noticing. The only reason I got slightly interested in this game was because it made Ukrainians butthurt.
Of course, I haven't played the game, so my suspicions might be inaccurate, but so far everything I've seen from this game makes me NOT want to buy it.

@@an0nn After beating the game, some of my conclusions: Some of the upgrades indeed break the balance of the game.
Polymer Jet especially breaks the balance of the game. I decided to not use it along some other stuff.
The most attracting part of the game for me was exploring the levels (but the open-world will punish you for exploring too early; deep-in. It is possible to synergize side-stuff exploration with main-quests, but the game doesn't tell you this.)
And there are actually some instances where the game puts a wall on your exploration design-wise.
Some bosses are repeated and it can be said all bosses are just re-skin spongy enemies and they all play the same way (dodge to the side).
Healing makes getting damaged feel irrelevant especially with upgrades.
I think the game was still overall fun and worth on a sale, but not for everyone.
And out of my honeymoon excitement from the game - I thought this game was too criticized, but some of it is indeed justified.

@@DrowsyTOTO So it's seems to line up with what I've seen. Honestly all games released thus far in 2023 have been boring, generic, broken and simply uninteresting, same as in 2022 and probably 2021 too as I can barely remember the games from those years. This applies to both AAA and indie.
