I would say that if anyone is looking into buying a new build do yourself a favor and get a realtor! I built with DR Horton (worse mistake of my life) and they were awful! I credit my agent and the inspector for holding them accountable and even though they still sucked I acknowledge that if it was just me DR H would have ruined me for sure. Hire a realtor when doing a builder! And an inspector! You’re welcome 😂

Hi there Marcus & as always High Vibrations to you 😊! Im Loving this Model Home ❤.... In another recent video you showcased, i had mentioned it didn't give me that Wow factor, but with this Home it did!!!... Love pretty much everything. Love the tiling used, especially in the Grand suite Bathroom shower, and glad there were two Walk in Closets- Yes i will confirn you are a 'Mind Reader' 😊.... I just had sayed to myself with the first walkin, thats a small one or that cant be the only Closet, but, then you said no there is another one, and it was bigger. So i can work with that, not to big, but not to small 😊. I also loved the little (Square Platform) leading up into the stairs to go to upper level, i personally feel it adds just the right touch of Elegance. Love the Utility Room its hugh, just the right size, and i personally like that the Mud Room is off to the side and not combined with the Utility room, i like them separate. And last, but not least the outside appears to be spacious- are the builders in the process of building a pool out there?.. and if not, is there enough space to add one??... Well, I must say that I like this one. Though I'm really hoping that the no shutters on the opposite side was a mistake? Beautiful house. Now, in the primary shower that shower head is not it!!!! Really Toll Brothers 🤨!!! Also disappointed with no soft close cabinets (the cabinets in the primary bath gave it away). In the utility room, I'm not loving the fact that you're forcing your clientele to have front load washer/dryers !!!! What if they'd prefer top loaders? Overall, though, not bad. I grade this house 8.5/10, because that shower head was just a total no!!!!
Love the glass doors for the pantries and linen closets. I would use frosted glass for a little privacy...You give good commentary and ideas...Keep up the good work

Toll brothers are the best,but expensive the problem is property tax in Houston is very high
