Very nice house!!! Love the entry way and how it flows into the dining room in lieu of a living room to give some privacy with the glass front doors. I like the pantry but it could’ve been better!!! Love the finishes and staging is done well!!! Now, I really didn’t like the fact that they put fluorescent lights in the primary closet!!! Why would they downgrade that beautiful closet like that!!! Love the studio/in law suite. The backyard is definitely chef’s kiss!!! I grade this house 9.5/10. Also I liked the lower ceilings in the living room to create the cocooning, cozy effect. Gives off a more intimate feel!!! 😊

Another one!!! Great showing, great job! Thank you for posting! It's a keeper!!! Not a fan of the open concept but I like this layout b/,c it is unique. Most builders the staircase is the focal point as it is the 1st thing you see. When you enter the home. I like that it is understated based on the location. I will say that I prefer high ceilings in the living but must confess I did not take note of it until you mentioned it, based on that, it would not be a con. I much prefer a sitting room in the primary, but I like the layout of the primary b/c I am not a fan of a primary that looks into the bathroom from the bed. My preference is the location in this floorplan. My only critique is once again the location of that big ass tub in the primary bath. Based on the size of the shower I would seek to tweak the floorplan to include the tub within the shower. I much prefer his/her wardrobe. The in-law suit is both a gift and curse b/c it is too inviting, an in-law would set up shop and not want to leave. Other than my critique/s regarding the primary bath, this works for me!! Again, great showcase/job!!!!

I had never seen a coffee bar in a primary bedroom. That is a game-changer right there!! 6:35 Also, the way you can see yourself through the shower window is perfect for gym-goers. Imagine taking a shower and you start flexing out of instinct 💪🤣

The home is cool. That in-law suite wouldn’t be an in-law suite because my oldest son will definitely want that as a 15yr old. 😊 I don’t have a problem with 2 stories because they too are beautiful, I just prefer single story homes. As far as the low ceilings, I like the cozy feel & don’t have to worry about having to get up too high to clean. It helps with heating & cooling. 👍🏽
😂 I hear you on that, it’s really a cool room! That’s a good point about the heating and cooling & 1-story homes are nice especially if you prefer not to have to be going up and down the stairs all of the time. Thank you for the great feedback 👏🏼
