I was a concierge in a building in Bethesda built by Toll brothers. After they sold everything including the model unit, they told us concierges to share the luxury furnitures from the model unit for free! I still have a lot of the pieces from there. Toll brothers is a great builder, great company that makes great homes that are luxurious and contemporary.
So, I had the pleasure of speaking to her today! It was just yesterday I sent the inquiry… and she ACTUALLY CALLED, the very next day! I can’t wait to find my family something as gorgeous as this 🥰

Spectacular! I liked everything, especially the basement and the backyard set up and the bridge leading to the parcelled off section. Everything! As soon as I hit the $50 million dollar lottery, I'll have one built exactly like it!
This is a really beautiful house.... I love the way the rooms have distance from one another. In different parts of the 🏠.... Everyone gets to have there on space.

The toll brothers homes in Southern California seem cheap like they look beautiful but I feel like the quality isn’t there. Just like in 10 years I feel like they will be falling apart.

Toll Brothers hits the bullseye every single time, their homes are simply beautiful and this is no exception, this is a lovely home even without a pool, i love this, the only thing is the location, i would prefer if it was in Las Vegas then the cherry on top would be complete and that pool would possibly be included, thank you for the tour of this fantastic property.
Love Toll Brothers style of construction. I saw so many places I would love to lounge around inside this house. If I had $2 million, I would DEFINITELY get them to build a home for me just as beautiful as this one. I love everything about it but the only upgrade I would have to have with a home this size, is a pool would have to go in the ground in the backyard.

I see similar complaints on other channels and no one complained when they slowed down. People want to appreciate the home even if they're not looking to buy. You'll get more shares and views when you slow down. 🙂😉

Yes, it’s a spice kitchen. It has a much stronger ventilation system than a normal kitchen has to vent out the spices when cooking.
