The online software to recalibrate the sticks does work. There’s a newer version of the yellow cap Ginfull Hall effect sticks that are half round magnets with a red pcb. You DO NOT manually calibrate these ones after install you use the website and recalibrate center it will be perfect. I bought 4 pairs for $4 each. Replaced sticks on a used black bdm-030 controller as they had drift really bad and it works flawlessly. The circularity error at the corners will never be perfect that’s just how joy sticks work EVEN with high quality Hall effect controllers there will still be like a 10% error if you try to get it to be perfectly circular 0% error you will run into issues. Reset controller, recalibrate stick center and last resort calibrate circularity if not you’re looking at a faulty joystick.
I just reviewed this controller with hall effect - and it came with 0 average error which i never seen before: ruclips.net/video/SsbPooKvYdk/видео.html&lc=UgzxIBe7z3cYxe3ZIk54AaABAg
@@TheGamer2Know Definitely a unicorn! impressive that they went through he effort to make the circularity perfect. However between the censors intersecting the error will always be there because the case design and how the censors work, it’s empty space. That’s why controllers have a circular ring around the sticks. The circularity test is actually intended to test stick center, so there’s always a margin of error. Meaning the left stick you manually adjusted then recalibrated in your video you may have actually took way off center or perhaps it’s faulty.
@TheGamer2Know But what happened if you messed up...tried to fix my controller and when testing to see if the drift is gone... idk what happen but not it won't center itself and I tired resetting it but it won't work.... am I screwed?
@@Cursirr i updated the controller a couple days b4 i did the sticks. ive done 2 other controlers with success. maby i need to restart my pc or try a different browser idk. i hope i didnt mess up the board but anything is possible
i think you did not succesfully did the range calibration, when you do the range calibration without rotating the sticks will jump in every direction and dont forget to save the calibration
Even with hall sticks you will need a bit of calibration no matter what they say. Yes you can drop those in and almost get it right so that you wont notice while gaming, but you still need calibration for best performance.
@ClosestNearUtopia I highly doubt you fully understand what you're talking about. I have been using the Kaleid Flux since August and have calibrated it only once. The calibration process is so straightforward and user-friendly that it merely involves pressing a button combination and then rotating the joysticks to their maximum extent. Does that sound overly complicated to you? 🤔 In Fortnite, I have the dead zone of the left stick set to 7% and the right stick to 5%, and I have not experienced drifting a single time. 🌟 Personally, I would much rather calibrate my controller just once than be forced to repair or replace it every few months due to drifting issues. 🎮
This worked for me today on my Dualsense Ps5 controller! Had a slight drift on a right stick about 0.05 ! All centered now on 0

With manually, this guys means mechanically adjusting for calibrated center-point. Thanks, broke my brain over this story here.
Are the joysticks supposed to be pulled after L3 and R3 press?
I found that very peculiar.
Youre not supposed to press them, just pull them.

Never mind I figured it out like either that day or the next just recalibrate the center and when doing sooo try moving analogs around.

Hello the middle rectangular shape part came while fixing my controller is way to fix and how
do you have an alternative to the xbox accessories online? since i use the LTSB
I wanna know too
Does this only work PS5
I don’t think this program will work with Xbox one controllers can you think of a way to get it to work
This page can confirm if my control is a clone and if so, it will notify me with some text or it will not connect.
i tried it with the edge controller and it doesnt even read it i guess it only works for the standed ps5 controller .
Yea I think it’s only for the dualsense
tryed 2 hall effect on left stick wont work on bdm 30. the right stick worked but left did not
I just did bdm 030 black controller replaced both sticks with just a board and battery plugged it in and reset center. It does work.

it worked with me i just had a liitle bite of stick drift
Bro, just start using hall effect controllers, there are hall effect controllers for PS5, i use GameSir Kaleid Flux for Xbox.
Ima look these up. How’s your experience with them?
Pretty good so far. No drift, and the precision is solid. Definitely worth a try.
@@ThatsJust_Ty yo bro i need some too u got any spare change lmao
