I usually agree with comments like this but... she did? Like when she ran out of money she went "oops lol" and gave herself another 50k. She's also been branching out way more from just the base game in these more recent builds. Kayla listens to her community which is really cool but she's not immediately gonna dive into the deep end of using every single pack and 200k budget when she's basically built her brand off of budget base game houses.

Honestly I love making rich single Sims but the expensive houses on the gallery are all mansions with 17 bedrooms 😭
Even for families, some of them can get to be too much. I downloaded a house for my 100 baby challenge that was 7 bedrooms, didn't like that. Filled two kid/teen rooms with bunk beds, kept the toddler room and mom's room, then turned the rest of the bedrooms into a music room, art room, and hobby/craft room.

lilsimsie, i absolutely love this build. at first i was really questioning it, but we really need more nice looking houses for single sims. i could think of a bunch of different people who could live here just fine. please don't feel like you have to build only family homes or homes for tons of sims! the style and look of this house is something i never knew i would like.

I would actually use this house in my own gameplay.. it's actually not as expensive as I thought it would have been... I was expecting it to be in the 100K's. Most of the homes I play in are like 100-150k LMAO

you're great at modern houses cause you dont over decorate them. i really would love to see more of that. some of your modern builds really inspired me like the renovation of Landgraab house, modern vacation rental or even the house from that trash reality tv... it's all great and you should do more of that. also, did you know that here in Brazil the Landgraab family is renamed "Quero-Tudo-Que-É-Seu"? It basically means "Want All Of Your Things"

You should build a house using EVERY EP, Stuff pack , and game pack , & kit available and see how it turns out . No price tag. Just a experimental build to see if each pack truly is able to be used together .
i love when she actually builds something using different packs, of course being able to have a lot of choices for people who don’t own them is such a great mindset and we all should thank her for always being so considerate but there are already a LOT of houses to choose from! i would also love to see her do different things you know? like, i’d love for her to not worry about how many packs she’s used or how expensive it is and just have some fun while building ^^ overall i loved this house, she can be so imaginative when she’s not restraining herself!!

Cam needs a mid century lair for him an Gerald to spend their days in. With a chef's kitchen and something for Gerald. Maybe a photo wall for the fam like a nice gallery wall and lots of lair colours
I personally love making little expensive houses and making like an independent rich business savy sim type! I also love small builds because you can easily fill it up to look like cluttered but in a good way
NEW CHALLENGE: Build a MODERN house inspired by something on Zillow and use ALL THE MF PACKS YOU WANT GIRL!!! 😂👏 I love it! They can still download your homes, they’ll just have to replace the packs with stuff they already have 🤷♀️
That's typically how I download from the gallery anyway. "Cute house, now lemme redecorate". Even when it's a pack I have I often end up switching it out for something else.

Honestly Kayla this is my favorite house you've built. I love the pool in the back especially!! And I think it's still super useable: I usually keep a lot of my sims single or at least child free, because I'm not huge on the children in this game. And reading the comments I can see a lot of people are the same way. They have a lot of rich single sims, and this house would be perfect for them :) Its great for those rich independent sims who just need a place for themselves and don't have huge families. Or maybe, a place where a retired and successful elder couple can move to, once they're empty nesters and their kids are all grown up and moved out. I see a lot of possibilities for it, and it's really well done, and Im happy to see you branching out and having fun 💚
Next branching out : using colours !! No beige, no black, no color challenge : a genuine colored house !!
