With the exception of kettlebell swings I think most of these movements would be better with a dumbbell or barbell

@@TDR85 I’ll agree with you when I find an adjustable kettlebell that goes up to 300 pounds. RDLS can get really heavy

@@arandomzoomer4837 Well, then it would be the same. That's why I used the word "different". Different tools build Different things.

I still don’t understand why people would do something like a kettlebell deadlift

The only question that i have, is: how can a fcking piece of iron be so freakin expensive? I mean, it's just iron!

Yeah been checking some out to add to my home gym and prices are pretty high even for the lower weight looking at just a local store the 25lb kettlebells were 62.99$usd… 😑 I think I’ll continue to look around for better price. If it comes down to it I’ll just buy the materials and make my own😂

@@bvici22 or buy second hand. Even 1 can get you through alotnof workouts.. or as I do, just pull uo, push up and squat. Gets me fit

It might be related to the shipping costs. It is expensive to ship something heavy. So instead of asking you: kettlebell $15 and $40 shipping. They just give you an expensive kettlebell with free shipping haha

I've been using KBs for 11 years and I see a lot of trash form. I gotta say that is one of the nicest, most technically proficient swing I've seen.
