Funny. Charlie steals the scene without saying a word.
British entertainment is the best. nothing bad to say about it.
lol i didnt see him
Pretty cool that Mick was able to be so self-deprecating. Brilliant!
Who wants to see a bunch of wrinkly old men reliving their past?
"The best one died years ago". lol
I take that as a reference to Brian Jones, who died in 1969.
*****
I'm just explaining it for the new generations. :)
Ratelzwatel I aprechiate your help. :)
Ratelzwatel graham chapman
zjapp
Graham Chapman and Brian Jones.
Graham Chapman (1941-1989) is "the best one" of Monty Python.
Brian Jones (1942-1969) is "the best one" of The Rolling Stones.
Charlie should win an oscar for that.
Charlie is BARELY containing his laughter through this whole thing. I love it.
Jagger: "The best one died years ago."
Oblique tip of the hat to Brian Jones?
Brain hired Mick,
And to Graham Chapman.
@@ronleon62 that’s not the tip of the hat is it cos that’s the main point
Lol, wonderful how Charlie's lying there. Great vid.
Please everybody be aware that mr Charlie Watts stole the clip.
he was taking it lying down!!
Easily.
I love how Mick is going on about those "wrinkly old men" still putting on shows, and audiences still wanting to see them, . . . and Charlie's just sitting there . . .
and gives the other gent a conspiratorial sideways glance
Mick Jagger will never get old and played out. Long live Mick Jagger and The Rolling Stones!!!!!
Watt's silent reactions to Jagger was the best. He reminded me of Harpo Marx.
Talk about missing your true calling!
Then again, Harpo was able to show off his musical chops with his comedic ones, so Charlie Watts could have been known as a great comedic actor as well as a great drummer.
You're right! I was trying to think who he was reminding of.
The rock drummers are generally the funniest/goofiest, most hilariously absurd.. Ringo, Keith Moon, Charlie. Perhaps, though, it's a British thing. Well, I guess we have Mickey Dolenz, if that counts.
I love Charlie in this. His expression says he doesn't even know what RUclips is! :-)
dead parrot sketch?...yeah dead parrot sketch....still giggling
Love how Charlie looks at the camera when Mick says "they put it up on RUclips!" Rip Charlie
Wow, the last time I saw Mick Jagger doing anything for them, it was an interview for the Rutles. How little things have changed.
Mick Jagger's best acting role since Freejack! Lol
lol.. Charlie chillin... and Sir Mick Jagger holding his laugh at the end..
As frikkin funny as "pointing fingers"..
Kudos to Monty Python..
Brilliant.
Love the look on Charlie's face.
Assistindo na Globo, Mick? Que mancada!! Hahahaha.
PAHAHAHA! I just noticed Charlie slumped there on the couch about 40 seconds in and died laughing! 😂
"The best one died". Yeah, I know he's referring to Graham Chapman, but, considering the massive amount of intentional irony in the sketch, an homage to Brian Jones?
"AAUUU NAAAAUUUUU"
That was funny as hell. Totally deadpan. Beautiful.
I love Charlie's facial expressions...nice to see Mick poke fun @ "themselves..."wrinkly old men" LOLOLOLOL
That look from Charlie really sales this for me.
The Python Brothers are back but... I didn't expect the spanish inquisition!
I love Charlie's face when Mick mentions RUclips, like "what the hell is that?" x)
charlies face made me die of laughter
Charlie nails this and he didn't even lift a finger! :)
This was fantastic... just fantastic.
i love charlie watching mick lol
assistindo jogo do brasil com o Galvão Bueno
Laughing so hard... satisfaction delivered
This is so amazing, on so many levels.
This is just perfect. hahahaha
in some cases the "wrinkly old men" are funnier and rock better than their youthful counterparts. I know it's only something completly different but I like it !!!!!
Charlie deadpanning was classic!
Watts' face is priceless!
Excellent! Loaded with irony and not afraid to mock himself. Charlie steals it with his relaxed and knowing look to camera.
That's brilliant! And Charlie Watts' expressions were priceless.
This makes me so happy for some incredible reason! I absolutely love Charlie in this too!
Bless him. And the Rutles
Hilarious!
Charlie definitely had the best line!
"They put it ALL up on *RUclips!*"
-AND what did all that generosity get these smart-ass wrinkly old men?
"The first show sold out in 40 seconds."
-WOW.
Well done, Python-well done!
XD
The voice off heard is from Galvão Bueno, a brazilian sports narrator. The game is Brazil vs Honduras, friendly match for the 2014 World Cup.
The guys from SCTV said all the rock guests they brought to the show wanted to do skits. All rockers want to be comedians and vica versa.
My favourite Charlies vídeo. Came back for him. RIP Charlie
Charlie's good tonight.
Até aqui, Galvão?
I think Charlie is my dad, because I love him so much!
It just so happens that I WASNT ALIVE IN the 60's. I would LOVE to see Monty Python live no matter how old or dead they are!
now that's english sense of humour at the highest peak - I never expected coming from monty python's tho
Charlie's looks are priceless
Oooo the irony. Excellent stuff :D
This is the best thing the Stones have done since Exile On Main St...
Mick Jagger: The Center of the Fuckin Universe.
This is hilarious. "wrinkly old men" making fun of themselves. Awesome.
The 70s will not go away, it's the decade that would not die.
love charlie watts' impeccable Teller impersonation.
Love Charlie in that one. Great fun!
I love how Charlie Watts is just laying there.
Priceless!
WHy is Charlie there WHyyyYY
mostly... hahaha XD
If Mick Jagger and Charlie Watts have contributed to promote your shows it is because you are great entertainers. They wouldn't have taken part in that promotion if you were not outstanding artists.
This is brilliant!! Love charlie watts's reaction, I wanna have a pint with mick and Charlie!!
Such a great ad!!
mick bloody jagger + monty python ? this is some serious stuff man !
I'm going to see the last show at the cinema on the 20th of July, cant wait! : )
Self-deprecating humor is the best. Mick is a sport.
Look who's talking!
That was simply brilliant
I love this add.
who else didn't notice the guy in the green until the close up😂
This is awesome, for many reasons! :)
Amei o video, mas até no video dos pythons galvão aparece pra atrapalhar ¬¬
There goes Mick, projecting!
Genius! Remember: Nothing--but ***nothing***--trumps the power of humor.!!!!
Charlie Watts is like the Harpo Marx of the Stones.
brilliant
Charlie Watts face at 1:06, lol.
Just messing MIck - you're just being funny - you & the other members of the band are brilliant - Love you guys:)
Epic Face Charlie Watts mode ON XDD 1:07
The ticket selling for this show is in Guiness book of record for one of the fastest selling in history
Wow, that's pretty amazing...nudge nudge.
Wink, wink...
Personally, I would love to see The Stones do the Parrot bit.
4/3/2019 is still funny for me :D
That was incredibly funny
Brilliant! Both the rant from Mick and the whole setup, but Charlie took that scene with just a quiet look. And he's the man who claims he hates doing music videos as he is a musician, not an actor...
this kid loves Monty Python ! :D
Very good. Very, very, very good indeed.
A bit old though, don't you think?
Classic. Give that wrinkly old man an Oscar.
Love how Charlie was just staying true to his gentleman persona... but seriously, RIP man
Too good
Oh yeah, that man from The Rutles documentary, All You Need Is Cash!
Did they film him in the same hotel room?
Hillarious... :-)
The Rolling Stones & +MontyPython - now there's a show!
lol a talking mummy
HAHA, hvem havde lige lige ventet det.... selvironi fra den kant? Respekt.
