  • This short tutorial is from one section of chapter 2 in my handstand course "Handstands 4 Everyone". Chapter 2 is all about learning how to utilize your hands to balance in the handstand position. In this chapter you will be provided drills that you can use to practice this as well as pitfalls to avoid during your handstand practice.
    The guide is an introduction to handstands and will take you from scratch to your first handstand hold and beyond this. The learning material provided is suitable for both complete beginners as well as borderline intermediate practitioners struggeling with their handstand progression. It is offered as a video book on the Graphy app and can be accessed through the following link:
    share.graphyap...
    Downloading the app and registering is super easy and when you purchase my guide you get access to all future chapters (at least 10) as they get published (at least twice a month). Currently chapter 1: getting comfortable upside down and chapter 2: learning to balance is live. Future chapters include: Handstand strength, Handstand mobility and flexibility, Bio-mechanics of handstands, handstand entries, injury prevention, making your own handstand routine, Beginner and intermediate drill for fun and variation in your practice + more.

    I've been stuck for a year trying to get balance. I tried this for 2 weeks and I held a handstand without moving for 15 seconds today! Thank you!

    Clearly explained and highly instructive indeed. I've tried to apply these tips and noticed a (small) progress (when leaning backward)! (Backward: I mean, the frontal side of my body! 🙃)

      @Sondre_Berg  3 года назад

      Eventually, but it is very time consuming producong these tutorials, so I'll have to ask you to be patient about that one. Now I am working hard to finish my beginners handstand course. If a lot of people are interested, I could arrange for an online workshop though🙌
