    I've never seen the thin sliced steak at Costco. Do you need to ask the meat department to slice them up thin for you? They look tasty!

    Is there anything that can be done to have the jerky last longer than 4-5 days? Freezing it? Vacuum packing it?

      I haven't explored that option. Freezing would work but not sure how tasty it would be upon defrosting.
