since i have to work and get tired very quickly from races and vo2 max, im not doing more than 2 hard days a week. my schedule looks something like that one vo2 max, one race, one fasted ride and one longer ride (3h+), 2 zone 1/2 rides. Thats the way, i can do it consistently. So i would do 2 races, rest easy. But in the races i would go very hard and deep.
@@RoadtoA I got it done (zws)just now... Oh, man!!! It is a desperating ride... ZP result is the fouth in cat B. Overall 6th. It turns out three low point A in our group!! The one who won the race avg power is 4.1!!! 20min 4.8.......wtf

Probably yes, at least with regards to my placement and the competition. What I am the most happy about is I wasn't content with winning in the sprint and attacked early. That's the direction I want to move in.

If you are racing on Zwift regularly, do you do structured workouts as well or do you simply consider the race being your workout?
1 vo2 max workout, one (longer) race, rest recovery and zone 2
@@akasaaints7733 if you did two races, would you skip the vo2max workout or one easy ride?

Nice race and final breakaway effort!! The 3rd place guy is local in my area and hold many Strava segments outdoor LOL. Keep going for A!
Thanks!:)

great riding with you!
You too!
Great race!!
How do you get the route map overlay on your screen?
That's added in post production with a software called Telemetry Overlay.
Oops, the race I was referring to is actually Stage 2 Viva la France that you posted 2 months ago but had a similar name.
No problem. I replied to your other comment.;)
