I found a fully loaded 2015 TLX for $13,000 it had two owners 160,000 miles but I needed a car because I totaled my 16 maxima so I said fuck it and I bought it go to pick it up. @@damianlou9617 Hey, I have a 2015 V6 3.5(74,XXX miles) and face the same issue. Some gears are smooth as butter and others give a little kick. I did some research and they made mention of some gears being dog clutch's. Those are the ones that seem to give me the kick when shifting. Other than that though car is pretty nice.
@@tonyyang3725 I purchased a 2016 TLX V-6. A transmission code came on while on the highway. This was just over a month after I got it. It was still driveable. Took it straight to the Acura dealer and the tech said it just needed an update. 2 months later and no problems since then.
Q50 all the way... But Q50 is a little more expensive so I might have to get this... I am considering this, Q50 or GS350, I want a luxury sedan that's relatively reliable so that's why I am not considering the Germans and I want a car that is in the 5 second range
Masry Motors it’s sad, Acura has had transmissions issues for going on 20 years now. They can make a hell of a engine but can’t seem to figure out the transmission
I have tlx 2015 anyone have an issue the air conditioning are working but when press the touch screen for air to flow front vent but no air comes out. The air flow on bottom. Any ideas
I can't say I've owned an Acura but 12k sounds pretty expensive for a car with that many miles on it but it all depends on how well the previous owners took care of it.
I feel like Honda and Acura have just given up on making anything fun and just make boring generic sedans and SUVs that look like every other new car on the road.

I wish those prices were that same today. Lol
Yeah for sure everything is too pricey now
I'm buying one and ill do a review also.
Hey, did you ever get the transmission checked out by your dealer? Did they do the software update?
No software update, didn't wanna mess with it, I sold it at auction with the issue noted

@@_DaRobot Reset the transmission, there’s a sequence you can lookup here on RUclips on how to reset it

Is yours v6? I've planning to get one but people been saying how the 9 speed transmission has issues with jerkiness and stuff. Do you experience that?
Sometimes I feel a slight jerk between 2-3 but not always present

Nah its about 17k-20k or more for at least 90k miles or less
So this is direct injection engine (on v6) only? And takes premium gas only?
I think direct injections on both and no, premium is recommended but not required
