hi! again i want to tell you I love your workouts, amazing. I have been doing them for some years now. It is weird now that the advertising are in the middle, so I never know if I need to continue with the same leg all the time (that sometimes is a lot), or should I stop and wait for it to end. I know advertising is important, it is just weird that it was before and after and now it is in the middle and it is confusing to follow the exercise. Anyway you are amazing. Thanks
