If you think that, you don't know what you're talking about IMO. Clearly, he's bothered about what others think. He chewed the crowd out for 3 minutes for choosing to cheer for Rune, he abruptly left an interview where the interviewer had the nerve to ask him questions about his actions. If he didn't care he wouldn't be so defensive.
The guy has every pertinent record, he's shown he's better than Federer and Nadal so maybe he can just enjoy that and not try and reinvent the wheel. He'll never win the popularity race and have the respect Federer and Nadal do. He needs to accept it and not get greedy.

Oh, come on John! In what Universe are/were Roger and Rafa booed constantly for no other reason than being from an "unpopular" part of the world? There was literally no reason for them to even be thinking about the need to respond in this way. And yet, Roger was quite unpleasant at some press conferences throwing even the sh** bombs. Also, this made up story about Novak not being loved and wanting to be loved is becoming quite tedious and lame. You know, the world is not just the USA and the Western Europe. In fact, the more populous part of it roots for Novak.

Love to watch your show Andy ❤ the question raised in that episode is again why the people love Fedal more.. answer is simple they pretend to be perfect, never hackled by people during matches, the character showed by them is not pure, it’s more what the people wanted to listen and hear and they did exactly that.they were the two top guys on tennis world than came this guy Novak and ruined the party of their fans, as they did not want to have a third person, Novak showed in numbers who is the best ! And Novak never pretended to be some one else, no face masks, perfect in his game but not perfect as a person as nobody is perfect ! He shows his feelings, his emotions on and off the court, express and say what he feels, he talks about contervercial issues, give his opinion, and many cannot digest this … even you showed your emotions and said many things in press conferences which were not perfect but this shows your genuinity and honesty, same as with Novak. At the end it’s not about who bieng loved more, it’s about who is best in tennis world now ! With great respect to all other champions too. Waiting for next show, keep cool and carry on 💪👍😊

An orthopedic surgeon released a video on RUclips describing the difference between the meniscus removal procedure Djokovic had versus a meniscus repair procedure. The surgeon made it clear that just removing some meniscus that's irritating the joint has a fast recovery versus a meniscus repair which takes at least a few months to get to a basic recovery. Given this medical explanation, its understandable how Djokovic was able to be ready to play Wimbledon.

@3:08 firstly, Nole never questioned or compared himself to Nadal and Roger.... Nole has a huge fan base , but it just doesnt fit the narrative of Western media! Secondly, Rafa and Federer have never received such negative treatment from the crowd for decades... as again media has always portrayed them as good guys! Jon, you took an interview of Nole, and it's disappointing to see how you cannot see Novak's true person behind what the media says.

I mean Roddick is on point, and Novak is on brand - but the completely random "Can you imagine Federer and Nadal" comment is very old and tired. As some commenters pointed out - neither Fed or Nadal ever had to face the level of heckling, hate and yes, racism that Novak had. I know this is going be taken as me being some crazed Novak fan, but I really am not (Andy was right last week as well, about the injury comments)... but I would take a snarky Novak over the fake, polished PR machine of Fed and Nadal.

Novak, in my opinion, is a very very smart guy and a very decent guy. He is a good loser and a gracious person as well as all this other stuff that everyone always takes great offense to about him. Who knows how any of these people are in private, with their loved ones? Are they decent people? Who knows and is that really our business anyway. We want to live sports idols and sometimes they are worthy of looking up to and maybe some of them are not worth looking up to or maybe, just on occasion they are not worth admiring as people, instead of just world class athletes. Easy for everyone to find fault with them. Stay on your own side of the net, pun intended.
