I've had to replace a S21 Ultra battery recently. Theres a good trick to getting it out without prying with metal. Put the LCD facing down on the heat plate at 80c for 2m, right after you remove it from the heatplate, spray a little isopropyl at the bottom and try to wiggle it to spread and at the same time, Use a standard suction cup found in the pro tech toolkit and gently pull it up using it back and forth without applying much pressure and use a ifixit pick at the same time as well to try and lift the bottom area first to get and slice through the adhesive. This worked wonders for me. The only issue was cleaning the residue adhesive on the actual battery itself.

The LCD screen of my S21 is broken and I have got the replacement.
      My questions:
      1. Do I have to remove battery and antenna (using tri-wing)/as well to replace the LCD digitizer.
      2. Would you be able to recommend any glue.
      3. How much temperature and time to heat up the frame to remove the LCD screen.

      1. If the replacement housing does not include it, yes, you will need to transfer them. If its a panel on its own, most likely not.

Fun fact: The OEM framed screen assemblies that Samsung sells to authorized independent service partners usually include a battery already stuck down in place. This means that during a screen repair, the original battery does not need to be removed from the original frame. This makes that once-difficult part of a screen repair a thing of the past. The battery can be removed from the old frame later for recycling. The customer gets a brand new official battery with their new screen, so their phone is like brand new.
That's Samsung's own way of saying, "yeah, that bit's a pain".

Wow. They moved the SIM slot to the charging sub-board. In a sense that's better because if you happen to screw up the SIM slot pins, replacing the charging sub-board also gives you a new SIM slot. The old Galaxy S4 was the only known phone in the S line that has no-solder replaceable/modular SIM slots. The S5 up to the S20 Ultra had their SIM slots soldered to the board.

Also they need to test the chipset and make sure there is no problem.
