For 2 1-cup-ramekins or 4 1/2-cup-ramekins
Ingredients
1 tablespoon softened unsalted butter (14g)
1 tablespoon all-purpose flour (10g)
1/2 cup milk, hot (120 ml)
1/2 teaspoon pure vanilla extract
2 tablespoons caster sugar (30g)
2 eggs, medium-sized, seperated
Pinch salt
Confectioners’ sugar, to serve
Additional butter and sugar to prepare the ramekins

Extract = natural; essence = chemical but yes, you can choose essence for this recipe. Use the same amount or 1.5 times more. Good luck!

My heart soared as I found this beautiful recipe, little did I know that all my desires and dream would be crushed by a bit of butter, sugar, milk and 2 eg......4 eggs due to my stupidness. Hell has rained down upon me, I feel my very entity in the hands of Satan along with my newly made sugared egg omelet. It burns to watch the precious heaven filled glass ramekins rise above the oven horizon only to concave into a deep abyss among it's own remains. Those 40 minutes were the best of my life, other than the 2 replacement eggs it took to correct my spoiled egg not so peaks, and the prodigious bite I consumed, only to realize with horror the soufflés similarity to my breakfast earlier that morning. Before I burn in an eternal fiery pit for my mistakes I wish to pass on a bit of advice.... Extra Large Eggs are not as similar in size to medium. Happy New Year Folks, I wish you a better life than mine.

Thank u very very much. I have never eaten any souffle and tried ur recipe. it was awsome. I am a kind of cook who can't bake a normal cake yet... but the souffle was awesome. I have no ramekins, so I used ciramic cups. no problem at all. I have already made it 3 times and once doubling the recipe. ofcourse I am going to make it again and again. everyone loved it. thank u once again.
