how to change resolution to 4K in Canon CR-N300 or CR-N500

- I show you where is the settings in the web UI in the camera. In this models it is not very user-friendly settings. It would be great if they change it and all the framerates and resolution put at least to under one settings tab video settings. Enviroment is realy not saying that there is system framerate and definitely not that 4K needs to be set to 30 or less fps just to allow the resolution option.

Díky! Tak nějak mě napadlo, že to tak bude, ale i tak to video pomohlo. Je to ptákovina, ale člověk by čekal, že by tam nechali možnost na 4K výstup a pak by se objevilo varování, že se sníží snímky za vteřinu. A taky je dost možné, že to je v manuálu. :-D
Asi to je v manuálu, bylo by fajn, kdyby tam byly nějaké bubliny vysvětlující ta omezení.. zpětnou vazbu jsme posílali Canonu... snad časem srovnají tyto detaily... kde jste kupovali kameru?
@@VitValentaEnglish Tak přesný původ nevím. Bylo to s ještě dalším vybavením přes další firmu. Ale mám z nich ohromnou radost. Máme Jak CR-N300 tak i CR-N500.
What type of connection are you using for the camera? I’m assuming HDMI instead of SDI?
Like for 4K? You can use HDMI or now there is CR-N700 which has 12G SDI.. though our company does promote NDI a lot, and all of these have 4K support in NDI/IP video. And the Image is alright. Noone will notice that you use NDI instead of SDI. Haha😁
@@VitValentaEnglish Yea, I meant 4k output which i believe, and correct me if i'm wrong, can only be achieved with an HDMI cable, not the SDI on the N500. N700 is out of my range.
