At this point in your channel you need to just enjoy what you are doing and remain true to your content. Don't sweat the number of views and if it becomes more of a burden than a blessing, take a break when you need to. Life is to short to not enjoy the journey! Thanks for taking those of us along who appreciate it! As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇

@JollyRoger907 If The Good Lord Wants your channel to "Blow Up", it Will, In His Way And Time.
It doesn't take but one viral video and you could be off to the races. I'm Believing For it!
As Always, May God Bless you and yours! 😇

The mini boat video was good also!
I enjoy the build and play vids!
There’s something in most vids we can learn from.

RUclips is about all of the things you mentioned. You never know what video is going to appeal to the viewer. Even the channels with 3M subs might get 1M views on one video and 500k on another. Also, you have to remember that YT's target demographic is 13 - 25 yo's. That audience likes all of the goofy content, not educational content like yours. You would really have to dumb down your videos to get the kind of views some other channels get. With that in mind, all I can say is keep it up! 💯

@@JollyRoger907great stuff, I was thinking about starting a company of my own with type of system. What’s the biggest problems and issues you have come across with a jet system? How fast have you got your rigs setup for? How long does it take to get everything you need and installed?

I hope to go to some of these events this year and say hi especially at the Ontario track that opened recently. Being in Boise, it is the closest one I think. Thanks for the in depth details of your projects. There's a lot more to these than I realized.

Your videos just get better and better. Do not try to be what any other channel is or ? The fact that you are honest about your knowledge and ability to get it done best you can is part of the reason many watch. Anyone that builds stuff knows about the learning curves in it and love to learn by watching others figure it out. Hug's to ya and keep them coming

Fun to see what can be done in a one car garage…
Being up in Vancouver BC, would be fun to come down and watch a race in person.

I tell you what. The modification and fabrication involved is insane just to fit a new jet pump is absolutely insane. Your impressive! P.s. where’s the cardigan?

Nice video, thanks, suggestion, try different days and different times of day to load your videos, i know different times for different parts of world, so difficult. You know youtube is very difficult, growth is extremely slow in the beginning and then suddenly grows exponentially. If you started during Covid, you would have been in the hundreds of thousands of subscribers because everyone was watching youtube, now we are all back at work and working like crazy to catch up. Goodluck don't give up.

I like all the stuff you are doing. Way more work than I ever dreamed. When I was younger I used to fabricate with steel. It's cool to watch how you do it with aluminum on a boat.

As a do everything myself kinda guy the build videos are great. Makes me wanna build one even worse than I already did. I did watch and liked the miniboat video. It was fun. I think youtube is messing with creators bad. One extremely popular one who built a business from it flat quit because yt claims people are just skipping to the end of his videos. Seen many other creators saying same things.

Is there or do you have a process for selecting what pump to use? What are the factors that drive the selection?

one thing that stands out in these build videos, is the difference in hull structure between the race boats, and mini jet boats. race boats have way bigger motors, but not as strong and durable as a mini. 2 totally different boats. i am surprised by how little bracing goes into the race boat. looking forward to seeing them perform

    • @JollyRoger907
      @JollyRoger907  Год назад

Did you go to school to learn how to weld or teach yourself? I can't believe how you can fill in all of those holes and make it look like they were never there. Good job! 👍

I think its timing... If I drop a video on Monday... such as I did today... I don't expect many views... if I drop it Thursday or Friday...or Saturday or Sunday ... I see more views...
I've been down with a sore back... so I have had time to watch what the numbers are doing ..
also the bigger channels, like cleetus, and VGG usually drop closer to the weekend.. so that is what I try to do.... but I am still only starting..
question... what stinger are you using on your welder... and is it a dedicated aluminum welder... or a regular mig just set up for aluminum.
ruffly what do a hull cost to build
    thanks again

I am still hesitating on my new build to see what the crazy leftist economy does to me in the spring.
