Dunno if it's only me but This and many ohter song uploads have like hteir base volume way lower than the mass of songs uploaded to youtube, and it's a tendency for sub focus in general, is it just me or there is some pattern to it, as well as some thought, like if you listen to it on speakers and so the song doesn't distort at higher volumes when the sound is amplified ?
Songs uploaded to UKF will be capped at lower bit rate to stop people illegally downloading the material in high quality, a 198 KPBS rip will sound a hell of a lot weaker or empty compared to a lossless WAV to FLAC or even 320 mp3..

And your first point kinda proves what i said, youtube only supports 192 audio files which will instantly make this sound shit compared to a 320 or lossless audio.. Original artist/lable would have sent high quality then it ould compressed down to what you are hearing now
