INGREDIENTS -
Chopped Carrot - 1/2 cup
Yellow Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup
Red Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup
Green Bell Pepper - 1/4 cup
Broccoli Florets- 1/2 cup
Mushroom - 1/2 cup
Cottage Cheese (Paneer) - 1/2 cup or 100 gm
Salt - 1 tsp or to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Oregano - 1 tsp
Chilli flakes - 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp (optional)
Oil - 2 tsps
Garlic and onions are an absolute must for all savory dishes.

Instead of lemon juice and dry ingredients, try adding soy sauce and vinegar. These 2 things are enough to give the veggies a desired flavour
