The profusion of temples built meant that the marauders were unable to destroy and deface every temple. Thank god we have undefaced sculptures which reveal the extent of sculptural heights our artisans reached. Unlike the annoyance that defaced sculptures give rise to, these undefaced sculptures bring with them the happiness of pride in our country s achievement.
