Without complex and powered tools, I see no way they could have been shaped. But, the carvings on 100% of outside look impossible. The detailing of the people is so fine and small, how did they even do that? Even they could have mass produced the stone blocks and carvings, it just seems impossible to build the temples in India!

It blows my mind how much money is spent on space exploration when human beings are starving and we actually know so little about our ancient ancestry. Praveen is incredibly insightful and is doing important work enlightening us about the intricacies of these ancient sites. Thanks for another fantastic video, I so much look forward to your uploads. To those who are curious about the Main deity : There were trained gaurds who would either hide or take away the main deity from the temple in case of an invasion. The deity would return to the temple after peace is restored ( this would take even 100s of years ). Even Madurai Meenakshi Amman temple and Sri rangam temple faced this fate.
A lot of statues we find underground today are the ones that don't make it to their actual location !!

I thought Tamilnadu was never attack by non Indians? Except for britishers I guess? Just asking because temples in North were in much worst condition 😢 they were built in dome shapes painted white so that invaders not know there is a temple. There are temples in which main deities are in the soil hidden and temples without carving of dieties so that they can make it seem like palace and invaders never attack :/

No one dared to invade South India
The King of Gupta empire has mentioned it is impossible to capture South India
Mysuru and Hyderabad was ruled by Mughals due to the power vacuum there
Raja Raja Chola ruled almost whole of South Asia and Cholas helped in building Angkor Wat

My first thought when I saw the drilled holes is that they are not very precise in size, construction, or location. Which makes me think the holes were added later. Perhaps when they were trying to destroy the temple, they drilled holes and used them for anchors with ropes and used animals to try to pull the blocks apart. Which is why many of the holes are broken out.

This temple's remarkable resilience demonstrates the vast amount of sacred energy and divine power manifested through the dedication and devotion that the builders purposefully and painstakingly put into every single aspect of the magnificent structure. Despite such a concerted and methodical demolition attempt, the vile desecrators could only inflict minor surface damage. After many years of watching tv, video and documentaries about ancient builders, I see it's not necessary to explore any further than this one temple. It's amazing the iron pieces still exist, but that is the least of it. All the details in the granite, the filigree work around the figures, the perfection of the pillars, but especially all the extra details of the base blocks, resembling a modern metal extrusion or heat sink. This amount, and sharp angled cuts and extentions are incredible! There is no question the technology was much more advanced than we have now. These inside corners, with compound angles are completely impractical. Without CNC, or molding this is impossible to duplicate on any scale whatsoever. To recreate just one would take many machines, people and hours of work, including fine hand finishing and chiseling. It is astonishing to a ridiculous point. Why western history, archeology, theology and science isn't enthralled by this is doumbfounding!

Not sure if the stone structures themselves were the Vimanas/flying machines but it has been noted that in the very least so many of them were built to resemble the shape of the vimanas. One temple has many tiny holes in the bottom, very precisely drilled about 1mm x 1mm to resemble those found on rockets to let gas and flame out. Then there are also lions blowing fire on this same template to signify the combustion process. All the things pointing to these techs are piling up. Either way, I do believe many of these structures tie in with said flying vimanas.

Through the work of archeologists? Could it be much older, say thousands or tens of thousands of years or even more? There is a theory relating to a lost super civilization before the Younger Dryas (approximately 12,800 to 11,600 years before present). I can literally feel the invaders rage and desperation xD. The Temple must have trolled these people to the bone and offended their feelings. Maybe they were "woke" social justice warriors that were offended by the beautiful women statues and figures.

Bharat is fighting these invaders even today: the ideology that led them to destroy works of art has not changed one bit and the present-day followers wouldn't mind repeating what the invaders did if the world weren't watching. The temples are not left standing because the ideology has changed. The world needs to confront it till such barbarism gets extinguished. Actually by calling the invaders as barbarians we are giving the latter a bad name.

We are advanced as civilization considering that in just 2000 years we went from traveling by horse to airplane but the more archaeological discoveries and explanations I look into, the more I get this feeling that our ancestors were way smarter than us today and it doesn't make sense why. Is like the answer is in plane sight but I can't see it/understand it. This was as usual another awesome video, thanks a lot PraveenMohan.

The holes could have been made and used by those trying to destroy the temple to pull the stone blocks. The fact a number of them are broken out and appear to be rough finished would seem to add to this idea.

@@RealPraveenMohan one question have u seen that Shiva lingam found in Gyanwapi ?
The Muslims claims that it's an fountain
But Hindu says that it's an Shiva lingam
I have seen many shiva lingams in my life
It's has oval shape on the top
      Octogon shape in the middle
      And Square in the bottom
But the video of gyanwapi doesn't looks all those shapes like it's very pointed on the top
But in my own village I have seen A very close Shiva lingam which looks very alike what we have seen in Gyanwapi

Tq u Praveen, l studied B.A History in 1993 but my love for our temple art & architecture never decreased. I love to visit our temples built centuries back on days when there is lesser crowd just to watch the architecture. I couldn't share my interest as family members are not that much aware of it, your videos help me to learn more about our temples. Good work. Try to visit south indian temples and temples in Gujarat and Rajasthan which are rich in architecture. God bless you for your dedication 🙏🙏🙏
