    Here is a fully body low impact dumbbell home routine.
    All you need is a pair of dumbbells and a flat bench (any bench will work!)
    The workout is structured as follows:
    Lower body, anterior upper body, posterior upper body and then abdominals
    Below is the routine:
    60s per exercise with 15s transition and 3 rounds in total
    A1: Dumbbell Squat
    A2: Dumbbell Elbows Out Flat Chest Press
    A3: Dumbbell Single Arm Row
    A4: Reverse Crunch
    B1: Single Leg Glute Bridge (Upper Body Elevated)
    B2: Elbows In Flat Press (Shoulder/Tricep Focus)
    B3: Flat Prone Reverse Fly
    B4: Alternating Single Arm Plank
    Unfortunately the camera stopped during the last sequence and so only one round is shown for the B-series of exercises.
    Please rewind the video and repeat the B-series for 2 more rounds :-)
