I have a eufy brand new out of the box and it can't find its home when I put it right in front of the thing...
I should note my floors were vacuumed thoroughly then steam cleaned so NO DIRT.

I have the same problem but it was solved by clear out the docking area. It is recommended by the manufacture to have at least 1.5 m clear around docking. Also put it in open space instead of corners.

I have l70 hybrid, and I have trouble activating it.
    My problem is fallowing :
I put it on charging base, it shows that is charging. Blue light on device, and charging on phone app.
But, when I press “clean” on app, it start, but soon as it moves from base, it turn off.
My first reaction was, that battery is dead. So, I bought new battery, and tried charging again… I left it charging for 10hours, and still after I pressed “clean”, soon as it was removed from charging pins, it turned off again.
    Any suggestions?

I have the same problem as well. Try to find the answer on the eufy care section in the app and didn't find the answer.

You cut ouf the bit about how you removed the bumper at 1:30. I'm not sure how to do that.
Edit: got it off with a bit of a semi-forceful wiggle. Not sure if that's the right strategy or not.

Its just hooked over the top. Just push the cover down (when its on its back)
