The reason the police didn't have their body camera on is because they were dressed in regular clothes and she was not sleeping on the couch either she was sleeping in bed with her boyfriend she got out of bed to see who was busting down her door and that's why she has so many gun shots in her body and it was well more than 8 gun shot wounds these folks are trying to cover up what they did because they were at the wrong house

Technically they were at the right address, as there were two warrants issued, and one of them directly named her and was for her address, meaning police were technically in the correct location. That said, the individual that they were looking for via those warrants was not at her address, meaning that there were two innocent people (both her and her boyfriend) who were shot at unnecessarily, before police even verified who it was that they were shooting at. They were at the correct location, but they shot at the wrong people; people who were just laying in their bed at night, innocent people who had police serve a no-knock warrant which looked and sounded more like a robbery or home intrusion, people who were afraid and only tried to protect themselves. It’s an atrocity that the boyfriend was the only one charged, and an atrocity they the boyfriend was even charged at all. Those officers know they messed up big time, and they need to answer for their actions just as any other civilian would for killing an innocent bystander. No-knock warrants, especially when issued at nighttime, are a recipe for disaster, both for police and the public. This should have never happened, and could have been easily prevented.
Not two long police actually killed a six year old girl like this while she was sleeping. They served a warrant at the wrong house. The cops were found not guilty.

Her ex received a plea deal from prosecutors which listed Breonna as a co-conspirator. Her ex took a photo of the plea offer and give it her family who leased it to the media. Then the prosecutor back tracked saying that was just a draft and Breonna's name was on the plea as a mistake when it went public. What it looks like the police include her name without cause and prosecutors are leaking her name to protect the police from wrong doing. There was no previous arrest or charges on Breonna is she was such a dealer. All of you people are lying on her and deny her of the presumption of innocence.

Gotta say, I'm glad no knock warrants are finally being discussed by the general public! The first time I ever heard of this I was horrified to realize this was considered a legal practice. People have died, children have been injured, property destroyed, and too often for nothing or for something that could have been handled another way. Oh, and even when they know you aren't the target, they can still mess you up and you'll get nothing for compensation. Friend of mine had her backyard and fences destroyed by cops who, without her knowledge, used her property to access and raid her neighbor's house. Apparently the cops just get to do that and leave you with the pieces of whatever they broke (thankfully it was just a fence and not a human being!). We've given cops near-godlike powers without using any wisdom or clear judgement, usually because there are too many people willing to do anything in exchange for a promise of "safety", even agree to things that are obviously terribly unsafe. It's been nearly 20 years since 9/11 and while these issues clearly date back further than that, we have spent two decades escalating these tactics both at home and abroad and we've let it seep into our very culture. It's time to stop being scared of our own shadows and stop allowing our rights to be traded for the illusion of security.

Technically they were at the right address, as there were two warrants issued, and one of them directly named her and was for her address, meaning police were technically in the correct location. That said, the individual that they were looking for via those warrants was not at her address, meaning that there were two innocent people (both her and her boyfriend) who were shot at unnecessarily, before police even verified who it was that they were shooting at. They were at the correct location, but they shot at the wrong people; people who were just laying in their bed at night, innocent people who had police serve a no-knock warrant which looked and sounded more like a robbery or home intrusion, people who were afraid and only tried to protect themselves. It’s an atrocity that the boyfriend was the only one charged, and an atrocity they the boyfriend was even charged at all. Those officers know they messed up big time, and they need to answer for their actions just as any other civilian would for killing an innocent bystander. No-knock warrants, especially when issued at nighttime, are a recipe for disaster, both for police and the public. This should have never happened, and could have been easily prevented.

Her ex received a plea deal from prosecutors which listed Breonna as a co-conspirator. Her ex took a photo of the plea offer and give it her family who leased it to the media. Then the prosecutor back tracked saying that was just a draft and Breonna's name was on the plea as a mistake when it went public. What it looks like the police include her name without cause and prosecutors are leaking her name to protect the police from wrong doing. There was no previous arrest or charges on Breonna is she was such a dealer. All of you people are lying on her and deny her of the presumption of innocence.

Gotta say, I'm glad no knock warrants are finally being discussed by the general public! The first time I ever heard of this I was horrified to realize this was considered a legal practice. People have died, children have been injured, property destroyed, and too often for nothing or for something that could have been handled another way. Oh, and even when they know you aren't the target, they can still mess you up and you'll get nothing for compensation. Friend of mine had her backyard and fences destroyed by cops who, without her knowledge, used her property to access and raid her neighbor's house. Apparently the cops just get to do that and leave you with the pieces of whatever they broke (thankfully it was just a fence and not a human being!). We've given cops near-godlike powers without using any wisdom or clear judgement, usually because there are too many people willing to do anything in exchange for a promise of "safety", even agree to things that are obviously terribly unsafe. It's been nearly 20 years since 9/11 and while these issues clearly date back further than that, we have spent two decades escalating these tactics both at home and abroad and we've let it seep into our very culture. It's time to stop being scared of our own shadows and stop allowing our rights to be traded for the illusion of security.

My grandma , my baby cousin and I where home alone . No criminals live there at all . My poor baby cousin is still scared of the police . Now its happen again and a life is gone just crazy!
