    Hey girl! I just sent my item to LS last Friday, they received it Monday, for confirmation email Tuesday, and received invoice today (Friday)!!! I’m going to do a video on my before and after too and I can’t wait to get it back! Great video!!

    Great video. Did you go to Chanel to ask if they would be aible to fix it?

      Thanks for watching! I did not see if Chanel could fix it because Chanel's repair policy states that if a bag needs refinishing(re-applying pigment) or refurbishing( a complete overhaul service including refinishing, hardware changes, stitching and/or piping servicing) you need to verify the purchase and the bag must be 5 years or less from the date of purchase. This likely would have been a refurbish due to the amount of damage, and it was over 5 years old so it wouldn't qualify.

      Okay, I didnt know this. Just bought a vintage matelasse shoulderbag and the outside is perfect but the inside is peeling.
      Maybe I just clean it myself or I need to fix it elsewhere. I live in Europe so dont know where. Thanks for your explanation.

      You're welcome! I'm based in the US, so I'm not sure if repair policies might be different in Europe. It's certainly worth taking it to Chanel to ask!
