He's wrong. He said after listening to the the voice, he said he can tell that man probably & "probably" negates everything else he has to say. Rough voice can be a smoker, a drinker, a voice box injury,
How is he wrong? By saying "high probability" he's leaving the low probability that it's something other than cancer. He didn't actually give a diagnosis. I think you missed the point he's trying get across.. other methods of identifying illness's and/or diseases.
he also said, "high probability, versus other 50 other diseases that could have been for early detection". And so I would trust him more than your misleading comment
So can we look forward to Clippy the Paperclips's cousin, Syringey the um Syringe saying _"Hello, it appears you're having cancer, would you like me to help with that ?"_

That’s like saying mammograms are wrong because they can detect cysts or thickened tissue rather than cancer?
